You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe cleanliness could be improved a little. But it was not too bad.
Overall it was a very good experience. The apartment is very well located and was only 10 minutes walking from the train station. It was quite close to breakfast and dinner places and also super close to the big park. The apartment also had a smart TV with netflix. The kitchen was fully equipped and adequate towels were provided. Above all, I made a special request to the host to provide a fan and it was provided within the same day. I did not expect such a good service and I am amazed that the host made an exception for us even though the temperature in general was okayish.

GermanyWarm water in shower or kitchen only if faucet in bathroom was running. Water pressure so low that people with long/thick hair can’t really wash their hair unless they want to spent a considerable amount of time trying.

GermanyIt was all really great. A small detail maybe about the bathroom is that it's quite narrow and therefore a bit unpractrical to use between the bathtube and the wc. But that's all...
A very spacious apartment located in the center of Bad Oeynhausen. You reach the station in less than 10 minutes and there are many cafes and restaurants only a few metres away. The apartment is very nicely decorated and and also well equipped (full modern kitchen with a coffee machine, tv, wlan, hairdryer, etc.) It really exceeded our expectations!

United KingdomWe got our time of arrival wrong - tried to make it later en route but the owner had sat there for a couple of hours waiting for us and had finally given up about ten minutes before we got there. No clear instructions so had to call him - he was back within 10 minutes and was very welcoming. Would suggest a key safe so keys always available!!
The room was large with everything you need for a short stay.
