WiFi connection unstable. Out of the 3 nights we stayed there, we were only able to access internet for 1 night.

This accomodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a good access to public transport, room has good furnishings, bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette has all the necessary kitchenware. We were able to cook the food we want. Added bonus is that a supermarket is 5min away from the property.

Would prefer a kettle to coffee machine. Also a kitchen towel would be helpful. A TV channel or two in English would be nice, too.

Very good location, near the central part of the ciry. Easy to reach the undergeound and S Bahn and go to the airport. Good breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. The shower is very good.

The shower was in the deep bath and was hard to get into. The bath was slippery on the bottom. The pillows were awful!

Good location, close to local transport, grocery shops. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. The only thing I’d suggest is having one more plate etc as there were only 2 of everything and if you used a plate or fork or something to cook you needed to clean it before you could eat! The use of washing machine/dryer facilities was great! Parking onsite. The best thing was the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The room was very comfortable. I liked having a little kitchen with microwave and dishes. The room had everything I needed. The only downside to the building was the very dim lighting in the hallways. I was in room 708 and I had a hard time seeing my room number. Even the main floor with the reception was rather dim. They said it was for relaxation for the guests. Not if you are feeling the wall to find your door. Otherwise, all the staff were very nice.

Could have provided more than 2 coffee pods for a 2 person 4 night stay. Nothing to grumble about in reality.

Very well located building - 5 mins from Checkpoint Charlie and close to public transport (but we walked to a lot of places). Supermarket across the street and a quiet neighborhood. Note that shops are closed on Sunday so we were a bit limited on the night we arrived but found somewhere to eat down the street (an Italian/pizza place on the way to Checkpoint Charlie - can't remember the name ). The room was well equipped with everything you could want. We were on the 9th floor with a balcony and a seating area. It was lovely and very clean The lady that greeted us when we arrived to store our luggage, and the same lady when we checked out was very welcoming.

They give us one code for wifi to use during our stay. However, we were able to connect only one device. Therefore, we needed to go few times down to reception to ask for new codes to connect other devices.

The location was good, room clean and staff friendly. Liked our stay and recommend for others.

Weather was very warm when I was there close to 30 degrees so I would have liked a fan other than that everything was good.

Convenient location being only 5 minutes walk from Checkpoint Charlie and 10/15 minute walk from the Berlin Mall, very clean and tidy and all the staff were very friendly. My room had a balcony to enjoy the sun on, along with a fridge, microwave and cutlery.

2 device login limit for internet and only given 2 coffee pods for coffee machine on arrival (odd thing to do!?) we bought our own pods in the end.

Very quiet residential location. Slept every night with balcony doors open and could not hear traffic and outside noises. Clean and friendly staff, we had a basic room, but came with a little kitchenette. Amazing shower, both slept very well every night.

WIFI access is restricted to the device, leading to a need for multiple access codes if you have more than two devices you want to connect. - It would have been nice to have a little more dishes and cutlery so that one can actually make good use of the dishwasher.

2 person room did not have a hob or toaster. Although microwave had a grill function it was very difficult to use. Everyone ended up coming for breakfast in the 3 person apartment. Corridors and stairs not very well lit. Difficult to see room number and floor

Room tidiness could be better + the front desk staff and the communication. We wanted to deal with some room arrangements and separate bookings, talked to 4 different people and really no one seemed to take our request seriously and they didn't talk to each other. Except one front desk lady and the cleaning staff, staff seemed unprofessional, partly rude and at times overwhelmed. I'd expect more of an otherwise nice hotel like this.

Excellent all round, but we ended up in the smallest room and ledge in the building. It was the comfort room, but not a suite. Still good value for such a central location.
