Someone was at the reception and gave us the keys. We got a bit lost and they helped us through the phone to reach the right place. They were very kind.

The facility was very good, clean, and quite, everything was done smoothly, at arrival we I have received the main door access code via WhatsApp, as well as the box code where the keys of my apartment are, the apartment was clean, the kitchen was nice with all necessary material for cooking, I have really enjoyed my stay and look forward to come again once I have the opportunity to do so.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. The rooms were not as advertised, and the overall condition of the premises was unacceptable. The staff was also unhelpful and unresponsive to our complaints. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

Firstly the place is so far away from the city. It takes 1 hour to reach. We were stuck during new year's eve and had to take a taxi. They don't even provide basic stuff like door mat on the bathroom floor, everything was getting wet, this is a basic necessity. Didn't provide washing liquid for utensils, how are we supposed to clean the dishes. Apart from that the room was clean and well maintained. The location is a big problem. Avoid this place, pay more and stay in the city center

Very clean, convenient enough with use of public transport nearby, perfect for what we needed - excellent value for money. Very helpful and friendly staff.

If you are going to visit this city as a tourist, unfortunately I cannot recommend this property. First of all, the location of the hotel is quite far from the city center and it’s in an industrial area and is quite depressing. Public transportation is available of course, but the hours are troublesome, we had serious problems especially on Sunday. In general, the room was clean, but the inside of the shower cabin in the bathroom was full of stains, and the bottom of the toilet cover was seriously dirty. Also, there are no towels in the room and I think this is one of the most important details, because if you are a tourist, you do not want to carry a towel with you. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, but there was only one toilet paper, this would not be enough for two people for 5 days, unfortunately there is no place you can want it. It is unnecessary to buy this. i think this place for mostly workers or factory workers to stay. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for tourists. The owner of the business is a caring and decent person, but unfortunately the facilities are inadequate. Under normal circumstances, we would not have preferred this place, but this is a last minute decision.

I I tried to find a room for three people, but they were all booked. Then we booked two double rooms. But they settled us in one double room and one triple room. I didn't understand this. we could rent one triple room, but in the end we overpaid twice. it was a shame

i received for the booking a small room with alot of dust and dirty, the smell inside was awful. i couldn’t stay there Or to sleep there. after 10 minutes there i decided to leave because i had a headache because of the smell. i told the one that is Managing the place that i don’t want to stay there and i want refund. they Said no. So i paid for nothing because i didn’t stay there. my holiday was a nightmare with alot of money lost. you can Make a disease because of that dust and inhaling that air.

The room was cold, windows not isolated, strong stink of smoke in the corridor, no towels in the bathroom, just a duvet for the bed, creepy people in the lobby. This accomodation is absolutely not good for families or couples, just for desperate people with no other options. I do not understand why Booking keps something like that in their portfolio
