Was left standing outside for 15 mins after ringing the bell waiting to check in despite twice being told '2 minutes, 2 minutes', price was excessive for a basic room and shared bathroom facilities but it was Oktoberfest...

Good location, easy access to the city centre, train station was 2 mins walk away and was less than 15 mins into the centre.

The design of the bathroom was extremely tiny and we were not able to close the door so you better have a partner who you are very close to! 😉 there is no breakfast buffet as mentioned on their website. The bar/restaurant/Biergarten have been long gone

it was very dirty, there was hair on the floor, it was a roof room with a small window and it was very hot, the bed was covered with plastic under the sheet which made the heat even worse

We spent here only 1 night and then we moved to another city, good locality, because you don't have to go to the city center and you coul continue the journey, many options where to park on the street

Check in was via a video door bell call box type thing on the main door. It was difficult to hear what the staff were asking of us so it was a little challenging getting through the check in process.

Quiet location, though not central there was a train line very near by so easy to get around. The room was tidy. No fridge though but a sink in the room and shared bathrooms on the floor.

There are only sinks for washing hands inside the rooms, so people has to go through doors and the corridor to wash hands after being on the common toilet. No lock on the shower. The room could have been more clean. A bit strange atmosphere.

Wasn't any personal during all day / night at the hotel. The information said the hotel has reception during the day, but it looks like no one is there. So, doesn't look too friendly. Is only for sleep.

They claim that the room is soundproof but it is in fact not at all. I have been waken up by people opening door of their room few times.

Very poor internet connection: The Wifi is very disappointing. The windows do not provide a great insulation against outside noise as well.

The paintings and the location are a plus.

Early check-out (however, no one pushed us to leave the room, so we were able to leave around 11). Noisy rooms and no sound isolation: The ventilation system in the bathroom is really roaring, but it's not a big problem, hearing people in the corridor constantly was worse.

Overall, it was great value for the price. Clean room, check-in without necessity to contact people, all announced facilities are on the place. Cool location near the public transport.

The check-in was a pretty bad experience. We needed to call the mobile number from the front door and wait for the hotel employee to send us a password to collect the keys from an external safe. When we opened the room we were completely surprised by a very dirty room which had some people left before us without any cleanliness. The smell and the room's state were surely the worst place I visited in my life. After calling again the mobile number, someone from Staff came to us in some minutes saying that was a mistake and that it wasn't our room. Since it was night and my family was completely tired, we decided to spend the night there despite the fact of the new rooms were also not well-cleaned.

Street noise, no air-conditioner, no kettle, no coffee maker, no fridge, no elevator, not the greatest town/neighborhood, pricey for what we got.

The walls are quite thin between the bedrooms, you can hear everything.

Nice receptionists, lovely building decorated in the old german style, comfortable bed and everything was spotless.

The hotel is old and dated. The stairs are squeaking and when you walk into the hotel it smells old and damp. It is more of a 0 star hotel. The curtains are old granny curtains. The Internet is bad, the Television is very small. Not enough sockets in the room. Not even a hook where you could hang up a coat or a bag. No fridge. The fan in the bathtroom is making a noise and does not even stop when you switch it off. 20 Euros per night would be ok, but not over 100 Euros!... I know it's Munich... and Munich is expensive, but I will never return to this hotel...this is for sure.

The staff was friendly. It is conveniently situated and close to public transport and supermarkets and a few take aways.
