No iron in the room and the hairdryer was poor.

The hotel has a great location in the centre of Bernkastel-Kues with a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection in the buffet and always had plenty of space. The team at the hotel were always helpful and assisted with dinner reservations and taxis (when we couldn't do the language). Really Nice!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional; and the hotel has very modern amenities. Unbelievably clean, with very comfortable rooms and facilities. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of both European foods and standard American fare such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Secure parking under the hotel helped put my mind at ease. You would have to search for a reason to not be satisfied.

The room was too hot at night, which hampered our sleep, and we could find no way to regulate the temperature other than open the french window, which wasn't possible because it was howling a gale outside. Otherwise everything perfect.

Modern, clean hotel with spacious, comfy and well-equipped rooms with super-modern en-suite shower room. Handy car park. Great location. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had! All-in-all, a real gem of a hotel!

The translucent bathroom door was the only issue. If you use the bathroom at night requiring the bathroom light to be turned on it can readily disturb light sleepers because it illuminates the room. A night light in the bathroom would help prevent the possible disturbance.

Excellent location, 2-3 minutes walk to the city center. Clean, quiet, comfortable with lovely balcony with a view of the castle. Warm, welcoming staff, excellent breakfast with great selection, free parking & pet friendly. Definitely recommend!

Checkout took a while, but this was mainly due to the fact that a lot of people were going for breakfast at that same time. In any case, all this isn't anything that will stop us from returning to this hotel next time.

Very nice and clean room, friendly staff, safe and spacious underground parking garage for only €8/day. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and extensive. When you cross the bridge, you immediately arrive at the historical city center, which makes the hotel, breakfast and location a perfect place to stay!

Comfy room, even a comfy not too hard bed! Parking in gated garage right underneath, very reasonable fee. Clean and quiet. Great desk reception. Yummy breakfast buffet with all the “regular” foods common in Germany plus pancakes and bacon!

This is a clean modern hotel with an excellent breakfast. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was large, well lit, bed comfortable. Lots of closet and storage space. Bathroom had great lighting and included a makeup mirror! The location was excellent- walk to everything. The room had a nice balcony with a view toward the vineyards. The price was great for such a lovely place to stay!!

small thing but our pillows were really thin and small and I’m not that picky ;) We were planning to ask a new ones but the lobby was already closed. All in all we got a good night sleep!

We had a really nice stay. Excellent location, parking place nearby, modern, clean and quiet room with balcony. Breakfast was also really good and a lot of choices.
