I was notified that ZI needed to update some info or my room might get cancelled. I updated the info and was notified that everything was confirmed. However, when my wife went to show up for her massage, she found out that is was cancelled. She checked with reception and they told her that the room was actually cancelled, the re-confirmed, however, her massage was never re-booked. She was very disappointed. The offered her a massage for Monday afternoon, but that was our checkout day and we needed to get back home.

Third time at the hotel, and was a great experience. Great location, food, service, room...everything. We will be back.

Just some minor points of attention. A trolley with used dishes and food leftovers from breakfast stood for a day in the corridor. Just an example.

Nice spa & wellness area to spend a day. Beautiful location, nice rooms with balcony and clean.

There should have been hand soap in the bathroom. The outside light on the balcony bring centrally controlled was very annoying as it didn’t switch off til very late and was unecessary.

Location was super and the facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed the A La Carte meal and the wine!

There was nothing that I did not like, but I do have a few things to mention: the TV in the room seemed small, especially considering the size of the room. Also, a coffee/tea machine in the room would be nice.

The pillow needs replaced in our room. It as very lumpy and very large. Was difficult to get comfortable with it. Everything else was wonderful though.

Pool area was very nice. The room was a good size, modern and clean. A good breakfast. The restaurant was excellent. Our waitress both nights treated us very well and made us feel very welcome.

For over 200 euro extremely small room with a low ceiling. Shower cover so low that very easy to bump in the head. Cold, unfriendly service (with exception of two waiters), they don’t even bother to try speaking English. Uninspiring architecture from 1970s

Clean, nice view from the restaurant, outdoor swimming pool and area around it. Friendly waiters (non-Germans). Good breakfast.

There was nothing in the room to hang on the door to not have the daily room service. The breakfast time is from 8am to 10am, so had to wait a little bit before eating it. It is wellness hotel, so it was mostly older folks staying at the hotel.

The breakfast was good. The indoor swimming pool was cold but refreshing. The sun room was perfect for the kids. The town is quiet and relaxing. The nearby train station allow us to take the train to Cochem or Koblenz for day trip.

The only inconvenience that I noticed was with the pool/spa area. This was not a reflection on the hotel, but driven by COVID-19 rules and guidelines. Because of these rules, there were limits on the amount of people allowed in the whirlpool and individual saunas. The hotel had a good crowd the weekend we were there, and this limited the used of the whirlpool and sauna.

My wife and I enjoyed everything about our stay at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a couple requests for our room before we arrived, and the hotel staff had everything taken care of by the time we arrived. I enjoyed the pool/spa area while my wife got a massage that she enjoyed.

the service in the restaurant was very bad, long wait, 2 minutes after 'closing' the breakfast no more orange juice available, unfriendly. really a disappointment (certainly as the last hotel of a nice holiday with all good hotels). price quality ratio also not good, much too high price for the service that is offered. Also not a very clean room.
