Not sure, the room is on the small side, but not a real problem. Mostly the bathroom (which is very clean and everything works well is very small, so you are almost bumping into the toilet when you use the sink.

I tried all of the coffee machines, the coffee was not hot enough and was always way too week. There was no option for an espresso. No warm food was available, not even toast!

The common areas are very nice, plenty of space and very modern. My room was small but very comfortable and quiet. The bed was great, nice pillows and sheets.

Great view from the room, nice layout, good facilities, clean well designed, smart. The location is fabulous. We were in Ffm for work and went out to dinner with lots of choice close by. All in all eminently repeatable.

While nothing is technically wrong, it's the small things that are missing: the room is bare, you get one paper cup per guest only, no glasses, no tea or kettle, no mini bar, no shoehorn, bare shelves, no designated suitcase space. And no mayo at breakfast. It's just... stripped. Seems like they're practicing minimalism, but not visually.

Pretty straightforward hotel, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The room was OK for 3 nights for 1 person. Good selection of pastries at breakfast.

The room I staied in was very small, without wardrobe so clothes have to hung on bars on the walls. Basic services like minibar or wifi without additional registration from the user are not available.

Modern and convieniently located hotel close to the central train station, shopping mall and conference center. The staff is young and proffesional. The decor is minimal, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well maintained. Plenty of options for dining nearby.

The location was about 15minutes walking from the frankfurt main station. The staff were all very welcoming and the lounge.

I did not take breakfast, I thought the offerings were somewhat bland; not much from the bar, it seemed quite expensive. I completely understand how facilities can be tricky but in my first room, the bathroom lights did not work. I was speedily transferred to another room but in this one the air conditioning was just a whisper, and after many hours, the room was only about two degrees cooler. In the third room everything was working properly. The staff are simply amazing, Extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and quick. I can recommend then highly enough. The location is probably great for business travellers but much less so for tourists like myself; the surroundings of this location are alright, the mall is close at hand but everything else is very generic, you could be in most cities in the world. I am expressing just my views, however. Many thanks, best regards.

The lady at the reception was somehow rude and unprofessionell. We all have bad days sure though that was not an experience I did expect. No cabinet in the tiny room.. Convenient place for max. 2 night stays. Bonus point internet connection was really slow. Do not raise your expectations.

Fantastic choice of stay in Frankfurt in a top-notch location. The hotel itself is quite stunning and amongst the best Motel One properties that i have stayed in. The staff is simply outstanding which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The coffee shop and bar are well stacked which makes it an ideal place to spend the evening with friends. Highly recommended.
