The breakfast room is a corner of the lobby and cannot accommodate the number of guests staying at the hotel, necessitating the less-than-ideal seating of many in the lobby’s lounge areas at low and awkward lounge tables.

Clean, fresh, super location, and friendly staff. Glad Hannover finally has a great, relatively new, affordable choice in the Zentrum.

There is no luggage trolley and potentially long walking ways, so be prepared for some round trips if you are traveling as a family with accordingly more luggage items. And this woll hot you moving in as well as moving out!

Single duvet on double bed, not seen that before but never been to Germany. That’s my only thing really at that’s nitpicking at best.

Ideal location in centre of Hannover just around the corner from my friends’ flat who lives there. Plenty of good locations within walking distance.

The room could have had a coffee or tea selections, mini fridge with some refreshments. Separate sheets for a double bed.

All the staff were super friendly, helpful and accomodating our needs, gave great recommendations where to go and what to see as it was our first time in Hannover. The room itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was located very central and close to the main train station, restaurants and coffee shops, it was really convenient to get to many touristy places.

Motel One hotels don't provide kettles in the room, which it would be nice to have. But you can get hot water in the bar. For us it wasn't a deal breaker in any way.

Good beds and a great breakfast! The room we had was a perfect size both for resting and relaxing, and if we needed slightly more space the hotel lounge and outside garden space were very good for that as well. The staff was excellent and always helpful. The location is great not just for Hannover but close to the train station so there's good opportunities for travel to other parts of Germany and beyond. We will definitely return here and would warmly recommend it!

We went to see the Pink concert so the location was perfect. The room was ready before the check-in time which was a real bonus. The staff are super friendly, warm, and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and the breakfast was really good!

I really struggle to find any criticisms. I suppose a bottle of water in the room would have been very nice and tea/coffee making in the room would have been even better but these are really minor points.

I did not have breakfast at the Hotel, but I had a drink and a snack in the bar. I thought that for the price, the facilities were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. I REALLY enjoyed the emphasis on good design in the hotel.

The rooms and design are arguably a little corporate and anonymous, but nonetheless very comfortable.

Hotel was very centrally located near the Opera House, about 10 minutes'walk from main railway station. Plenty of bars, restaurants and parks nearby. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel looked recently decorated. Staff were friendly. Check-in and out were smooth and easy. Wifi was good.
