Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location is wonderful! Right next to a shopping street with a few cafe options for breakfast, book shops and clothing if you're into it. Trasport also very easy, and by a short walk - the city center. Hotel itself is wonderful - great staff, VERY comfortable bad and pillows, and a whole atmosphere is that you have your privacy, even when sitting in the lobby.

Hotel was lovely. So modern, very warm and inviting. In a great location near to main shopping area and transport links. Cathedral was 10 minute walk. Room was not huge but all we needed. Would have been nice for some coffee/tea making facilities or water in the room. Staff were really helpful and polite. Was able to leave my bags with staff prior to check in so I could get out and explore as soon as I arrived.

FranceThe rooms were really quite small. There was no possibility to provide a kettle in the room, we were told due to the regulation as the room size is not sufficient. The reception staff were very nice but there was often a long queue.
The hotel was well located and easy to find. It was clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was very kind and the check out process was pleasantly efficient. One could get a coffee or tea for free from the breakfast area even if not having breakfast, that is a nice touch.

Excellent location, prize-value and great staff. Amazing staff, gave us a disabled room without me actually giving them the information that I was traveling as a wheelchair user.
