Perfect place to stay the night if you have an early flight as the hotel is right across the airport less than 2 minutes walk. The hotel was spacious and the bed was a dream.. As well liked that there was the old fashioned luggage buttler

only one of the rooms was ready when we arrived very late in the afternoon. Had to wait for housekeeping to come and clean before we could go to dinner which was annoying after a long 6 hour journey!

The shower was not consistent. The water becomes suddenly burning hot and then almost cold. Difficult to adjust the same and there is a risk of getting burnt.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are good size. Staff is friendly and nice especially an Indian lady at the breakfast counter was very sweet. It’s just 200m from airport so very convenient for people who are transiting or want to stay a night to catch their flight. They had a very good breakfast spread and their restaurant was also serving delicious food.

Everything except the hot water issue. Shower was either scalding hot or cold. Desk staff were apologetic and confirmed the issue was being addressed but was taking a while to resolve.

i paid 260 euro but the room doesnt have tootbrush kit given. The spoon is only one which if i used, i no longer have extra.

Nothing. Honestly everything was just right for my trip.

Everythig went well. The staff were great, vrey professional and super helpful, as you would expect from a top hotel brand. My room was excellent, clean, comfy bed and wifi exellent. Beakfast was awesome - such a great variety. Location perfect for attenting the Messe.

One of the waiters at the restaurant was extremely rude. We wanted to have a coffee/tea in the lobby, and the waiter was very annoyed that we wanted to order something and to pay for this.... I asked for a menu, and the answer was with a raised voice "why do you need it"... Surprising for a 4 star hotel. There are no slippers in the room. A good location, but you should make sure that all the staff speak politely to the customers.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking and the water temperature would change every few minutes.

Had a great weekend. The room was very nice and exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was really amazing. A bit empty when it comes to vegan options, but vegetarians have it easy. The staff was very friendly and always ready to answer a small question.

I spend one night, I had my flight at 7am I woke up at 3:30am, when I was in the shower I found no shampoo/soap into the dispenser. The carpet needs vacumm

One of our rooms had a window seperating bedroom from the toilet - not a big deal, can be covered and you will have something to laugh about but why :) Breakfast was good but maybe a bit too healthy (I was hoping to find something like a generic choco cereal for the toddler to keep her busy for a while)

Employees were very helpful and kind, they replied our additional reuqest messages promptly and supported us accordingly. Hotel is just in walking distance to airport, it was very convenient for us as a family with small child. We also had dinner at the hotel and food was good. Breakfast had plenty of options (also a vegan section was available), everything was clearly labelled. It is a dog friendly hotel, we didn't have/brought any but it was nice to see other people's dogs, all in different kinds and sizes (most better behaving than my own kid :) )

Clean room, very nice front desk staff. Easy booking. The Hotel parking was full, but we were redirected by the staff to park at the airport. No problems there. The bathroom sink in my colleague's room was out of order and was not fixed during our stay (3 days). Otherwise 9/10.
