I booked a single bed room and changed it to a double bed room before our trip. Upon arrival, I got a single bed room with one set of sheets (paid for 2 people + dog). Asking to clarify this at the reception, I received another set of sheets - I expected to get another room with a double bed. On top of that, I did not get an extra set of towels and the one we had in the room were not clean.

Dog friendly, close to the airport (5min on foot). Nicely designed rooms.

Stylish & cozy! We stayed just for one night bc of the flight delay but I'd enjoy staying there more. Open gym and sauna, very spacious room (we had a queen tween one), and cool bath and room supplements like soap or tea. Recommended 100%

I asked the woman lady reception about being charged £139 instead of £92 , my bank informed me of the charge, it was not a block (as what usually happens, ) got a really sarcastic response from her with bad attitude, what ever happened to customer service !!! Also only snacks available at this hotel , you have to go across the road to the other hotel ( with the same name )

Staff was friendly but, due to the hotel standard, only limted helpful. I booked the hotel because I planned to use the spa facilities, but information about spa offers were difficult to find. No leaflets or QR codes in the room, no detailed information on website, also staff couldn't provide details (I asked in advance by email as well as at the check in in person, in both cases I got standard answers which didn't answer my questions).

Park tickets was expensive.

Perfect location. Direct opposite the airport and the train station is infront of the hotel and was still not noisy. Staff very nice and the room very clean. The view was just lovely.

There are two Movenpick hotels at the airport - this one is at Flughafen str 43, though with that address Google maps will not take you here on foot from the airport! When you eventually get there, The entrance is on a different level from the reception. When I arrived, the receptionist could not find my (prepaid, non-refundable) reservation. First, they suggested that I had booked the other Movenpick (I hadn't), then they had to phone Booking.com to confirm. This took about 15 minutes, and while I waited they kindly offered a free drink and snacks.

Comfortable, spacious and well-designed room and bathroom. The breakfast looks very good, though I did not partake because of the quoted price of EUR 32.00.

I found it a huge shame that the sauna was not open before 3 pm! I extra picked out a hotel with a sauna. I could not go in the evening because of an important meeting...and was so disappointed that i was not allowed to go in the morning. If i had known that, i would have booked a hotel without wellness and therefore a better price tag!

Unbelievable breakfast, fluffiest scrambled eggs ever, huge selection of everything, beautifully presented, here was not a single thing missing! (Costed 32€...not cheap, but you can get away with it when the food so amazing is). It's a bit silly, but I felt so special because a bronze bird was on my door! Very beautiful bathroom, decent, modern style.
