In my room, my bed has some stains,i saw under the sheets . It was not good but they can not change the mattress that's why i could not request . I handle it . My room was 413 . Also you can not open the window it was locked. When i check the hotels ,the address was mitte, but their area is not mitte, because by walking it is really far away from center.

there is no breakfast in my booking, but always you can find hot and cold water also their menu was cheap , they have reaaly good area as lobby , also there is a park opposite of the hotel, it was good to see green area :) also it is near to U8 metro line, and there is a mall near to hotel and lidl and aldi markets. Also there are many restaurants and cafes near to hotel. With u8 metro line , going to alexandarplatz almost 8 mins. When i go to the room , the room was really cold and i told them they increased the heater other day.

We missed some more closets or hangers in the room. The elevator was broken most of the time of our stay, but fortunately enough we weren't located in top floors.

Great location, good connections for public transport. Staff is very kind and professional, we even received a free upgrade to slightly bigger room. Rooms are clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed.

- first night there was no parking - parking is very tight especially with larger vehicle - mattress is soft (could be ok), but I slept like a banana (exaggerating a bit), I had to put several towels below the mattress to straighten it out - no safe in room - little room to work inside the room

The room was clean on arrival The hotel delivers what it promises, the vibe is not that of a traditional business hotel (staff has visible tattoos and piercings) and some areas are a bit more industrial. Ideal area if you like Turkish food.

Rooms were a bit bare, no coffee making facilities, only one pillow Housekeeping arrived very early morning of checkout even though checkout was 12pm.

The room we had was right out to the Main Street and a bit noisy and the window couldn’t open so a little hot, we did find there was an air conditioning but didn’t use it. When checking out we got told that next time just ask to see if there is a different room

It is a very cool style in the hotel, especially the reception area and lounge area. The rooms are spacious and accommodated what we needed.

What I didnt like is that the traffic sometimes was waking us up, the prices should be lower if you choose to eat in the hotel or buy drinks and snacks otherwise you simply go to the other stores nearby.

Stuff was really good, happy people, snacks and drinks from the bar were a bit overpriced, breakfast was the classic european style, never disappoints, room was clean and nice, room service was taking place everyday, no complaints, not sure if you can ask for more in this pricerange. Location is close to S and U trains which was really important for us.

We requested twin beds, but upon arrival got a double bed. It was comfortable and fine, but Booking.com gave us the option for two twins. They do not have twin beds at all at this hotel.

The staff was very helpful - they gave us great information about how to get to different train connections and locations. We enjoyed breakfast one day, and it was very good. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

No basic things like a fridge and a kettle which would have easily fit in the room. No cabinet to store your clothes in.

The lobby of the hotel is spacious and practical to work away. Moreover it's decorated with artistic taste. The staff is outstandingly nice and helpful. Best faces I have ever met in a hotel!

We had a water leak from the bathroom sink in our room. We reported the issue, and got a new room, so it wasn't much of an inconvenience.

We had a lovely time at Moxy. We stayed for 5 nights and we highy recommend to book your accommodation there. It's literally 5 minutes from the metro station and 10 minutes away from Alexanderplatz. Of course I cannot forget to mention Marco, who was the receptionist/barista at Moxy hotel. He made our mornings unforgettable with his exceptional coffee-making skills and warm personality. His friendly demeanor and delightful sense of humor added an extra layer of joy to our stay. We looked forward to his coffee creations each morning, and his kindness made our time at Moxy Hotel a delightful experience. If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere and fantastic service, you should definitely go to Moxy.

The only thing I can mention here is that the walls or doors are a bit too thin and you can hear people being loud on the hallway (kids, teens…) Still slept alright but it could be a problem to some people.

It was mostly perfect. Nice 24/7 reception, kind staff and comfy bed/bedroom as well as good shower.

I booked breakfast included but was then told that the breakfast was in the hotel next door. It was extremely cold weather so we didn’t avail of the breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings we stayed

Bed wasn't so comfortable, and bathroom had some dirt on the day I arrived.

Room space and design was nice, lobby was nice to hang out and drink there with friends. Metro station close by leaves you quickly into the city.
