Our TV couldn't connect to our devices as was promised, might not be the biggest deal. Also the amount of towels they gave us as a bit meager. All not big downsides.The area is still well under construction so the approach to the hotel is a bit underwhelming and it can get noisy when you open the windows.

The area was perfectly located for a concert we attended. It's location aside from that is convenient enough, the 4 tram is stopping right in front and it's about 15 minutes to the center. The staff was exceptionally nice and approachable from start to finish. Rooms are great for the budget and it feels far more confortable than we anticipated and are very well maintained.

Limited parking at the hotel and we ended up paying 40 Euros for parking overnight in the IC multistorey carpark up the road (where the Moxy receptionist suggested we park). Large queues at the bar in the evening. It seems that they hadn't expected audiences from Ewerk & the Palladium to come out at the same time and there were not enough bar staff to cope with the number of people who wanted a bit of an after party.

Great location for The Palladium (and Ewerk) - just a short walk away. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely bar area with a huge table. Would highy recommend it for anyone attending events at Ewerk or the Palladium.

The Hotel had guests primarily there for a concert at the Palladium. After the concert in the Hotel many people were waiting for a drink. The procedure for getting a drink was really strange. Wait in a queue, a line, order a drink (cocktails took even longer). They should have had more staff serving. The breakfast is expensive for a continental breakfast 15 Euro a head. parking is 18 Euro a day, which considering it's a Hotel car park is very expensive.

The location was excellent. Especially for E-Werk and The Palladium. The Hotel is very modern to the point of being Business/Student like. All trimmings and furniture are very stylish and up to date. Parking is easy but spaces are limited.

The breakfast is very basic and poor on bread choice. I also did not find the green tea which is an obvious choice nowadays. The distance to Cologne centre is pretty long, so expect a long walk or take a taxi.

The reception, bed, airco in the room, atmosphere on the ground floor when having a drink, free welcome drink, car parking garage and especially the meeting room to be able to work during the stay with a colleagues, very good and the main reason I choose for Moxy

A little far away from city center. Cleaning lady came to knock on the door 11:15 even the check out is at 12:00 and I had the card with please don't come knocking hanging outside.

Bed, airco, style, breakfast. Good location to attend a concert in Palladium. Friendly staff.

Walk-in shower is a disaster. It’s impossible to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom floor. You’ll need to build barricades with towels to make it a bit less messy. Not the best thing, when you want to relax after a long day. Tea or coffee maker in the room could also significantly improve the quality of my stay.

Interior is very nice, lobby has a bar and a lot of chill chairs, where you can relax and feel some party vibes. Ironing facilities on each floor is also super useful. Good sound isolation and decent WiFi connection. AC was working good. Blackout curtains cancel 100% of sunlight if needed.

Breakfast was quite disappointing. Really uncomfortable layout, and a range was quite poor. Tipical german cuisine, poor and greasy.

Gym was nice, hotel is new. Interior is also nice.

(it might be my own fault for not reading the description) but maybe a little water boiler in the room would be nice, so people can make tea, instant noodles or other fast thingies :)

Everything was nice exept the gym would have been just that little bit better with a running belt. Breakfast nothing to fancy, but OK and nice places to sit.

Nice hotel and staff. Very relaxed place. Close to train into town, close to the Rhine-river with running paths. Rooms were new, silent and good atmosphere. Easy to find good healthy restaurants very close to the hotel.

as with every where now, there is not enough staff to do basic things like check you in quickly ( even though you have pre paid and gone through booking.Com) not enough staff behind the bar and offering a ‘green’ we won’t clean your room. I like modern hotels. but very annoying that there’s no iron in the room and only 2 hangers with no wardrobe , just some price of mesh re bar. some of us still wear shirts and suits to go to work and I don’t want to have to get dressed in the morning to go to the ironing room. that’s not a good feature at all. the TV didn’t work but I couldn’t be bothered to tell the staff as it would have taken too long.

you have to ask on check in - fir your room to be cleaned. if you do not - you will return to an unmade room and wet towels. Then as I had to you come down in you pjs to ask for dry towels. Almir’s told me it’s written in the lift. Apparently it is to “save to save the environment “ But clearly it’s ok to have hundreds of lights on throughout the hotel! Work that out!!!

purity the receptionist was super nice and very helpful. Almir’s was not helpful and quite honestly rude.

No breakfast but not a problem as nice bakeries nearby.

Great hotel with cool decor, new and very clean. The bed was huge and comfy. Downstairs areas were welcoming and the bar was good - especially the free welcome drink. Very close to the tram station and some nice restaurants.
