Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Perfectly located if you have a business visit in Feuerbach. Breakfast is also diverse and provide options for everyone (vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free,etc).

Greece- I didn’t take a look on this and I’m sure it was referred that the room doesn’t have a fridge. However for this price, it would be expected. - Some people may find inconvenient while being in the room the sound of trains that pass very frequently. This was the reason that I had asked 3 months in advance a room with a good view thus not seeing the station. Although I was informed my request will be accomplished, the employee explained me politely when I arrived that it wasn’t available due to many bookings.
- Very convenient location that you can go everywhere by train and metro, station is 200 meters away. The city Center is 2 stations from the hotel. - Good connection with Mercedes and Porsche museums - Friendly staff who are willing you to help on everything you ask and need - Very good breakfast

The room was quite convenient,modern and most importantly clean. Last but not least the location was quite convenient since it was close to the S-Bahn station of Feuerbach (10-15 min. from the city centre).

FranceVery strange staff. There was a man at the reception twice who ignored my wife and talked about the room only with me. Also our friends and we booked a hotel with breakfast included. First, at the reception they tried to deceive our friends by saying that they did not pay for breakfast, then they tried to deceive us. All two times we had to show the booking application and prove for ten minutes that we had already paid for breakfast.
The hotel is new, also the breakfast is good. There are board games in the lobby.

United StatesThe computer desk in the room is a little small. It was not easy to manage the room temperature. The dinner choices are a bit limited.
Excellent location. Can catch the U6 train direct to the airport right in front of the hotel. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The deco is relaxing and modern boutique style. The bar is open 24/7 and the breakfast is good. The room has a standup shower and a comfortable bed. Super quiet room, looking at the trains in the background.

ZimbabweThe location isn’t ideal for the city centre if that’s where you want to be close to. However, the trains to get there are frequent and easy to use. Everything within the hotel extras-wise (food and drink) was expensive. Tea/coffee isn’t provided in the rooms: you have to go downstairs, and oddly this was only complimentary in the mornings- not at night!
