Breakfast could be better, no labels on anything and coffee machine only had 2 options with everything else on there crossed out They charge 2 euro per bag to keep it there for the day which is outrageous considering how much you pay to stay the night Our air con didn’t work and it was very warm, opened the window instead but the street was permanently loud which meant we didn’t sleep great

Good size, bathroom was quite nice, about 10min walk to centre, was clean, man who served us was nice Can walk to main station in 10-15 mins easily

Perhaps not the most welcoming neighbourhood for late hour walks. If breakfast is included, have it early, otherwise you may find there is not much left :) . Although the room (junior suite) had a little kitchen fitted, the pickings for utensils were rather slim - no frying pan, just a huge cooking pot; no bowls, no small spoons. Ended up just using the fridge. Did not quite see the point of all the kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, even a dishwasher) if the basic tools and utensils were missing. No pegs to hang your coat near the door (you either had to use the chairs or go all the way through the room to reach the closet next to the bed). Shower curtain did not reach from wall to wall, so water splashed to areas that were supposed to stay dry. Although clean, the whole place had a somewhat worn look to it.

Easy to reach from Lufthansa Express bus stop (10 minutes of walking), close to U-Bahn stops and the old town. Some supermarkets also nearby. Super friendly staff, comfortable card entrance system for the front door in the street as well as the room door. Stayed in junior suite, generally statisfied.

The fridge had an old tuna can in it, and the location super close to the main train station but in a sketchy area.

Neighborhood was loud and sketchy. Sports gambling joints, a strip club. Lots of loud people. The overnight desk person was loudly talking on the phone. The shower is tiny.

Close to transportation. Good breakfast. The TVs also had streaming which was nice to get familiar programming in my language. Clean.

The bed mattress was too hard for me, and wasn't comfortable to sleep on even though I got the suite.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and heating was great. It had blackout curtains, and it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was decent.

While this hotel is in the red light district, it wasn’t too noisy or busy nearby. The shower head in the main bathroom was broken, a little more attention to detail would benefit guests.

Handy location right near the train station, easy to access the old town, nearby sights and other transport. The room was a good size for our family of 5 although the dining area only had two seats, and with the sofa being used as an extra bed this left us with limited options for sitting. The room was clean and well presented, housekeeping each day did a thorough job.

I hated the pillows really uncomfortable and it wasn't clean enough.

The staff was really helpful and the room was nice and warm. The Bed was comfortable. The breakfast simple but ok. They tide our room every day. The area wasn't the best but it was really in the center and we didn't feel unsafe at all. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly and helpful.
