Great facilities and staff exceeded our expectations, especially Dennis from the front desk and the hospitality/waiter staff at the adjoining restaurant! The stay was very very comfortable and would recommend to anyone visiting Munich! 10/10 stars for sure!!!

My one recommendation for you would be to decrease the temperature in the gym.

The room was a good size and the shower was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. There breakfast was wonderful; there was a wide selection of food.

This was an excellent experience. Almost everything about this hotel was perfect, especially the staff. I've never met a more helpful and energetic one than a bald guy from Saudi Arabia at the front desk :)

Parking in the parking garage could be a little bit less pricey.

Absolutely overwhelming place! Super nice service team, which makes you feel like a prince, rooms brand new, breakfast like in heaven. What else can I say? Its Luxury pure. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back next time I have to visit my client near by.

However I was rather disappointed with the reception, and it is not a staff issue but a management issue, after travelling from Austria by car we were very tired on arrival and we had lot of baggage, there was no staff to take our baggage from the car and to the room, the receptionist who was lady wanted to assist, but I was not in favor as she was lady and she ant we able handle the load. I off loaded baggage from the car to a trolly and took them to our rooms. I didn't expect Marriott hotel to cut corner on porter service. This situation was unacceptable by Munich Marriot. Other than that, your staff at the reception and as well as restaurant was excellent and very accommodating. This was our Christmas holiday tour, we arrived previous week and stayed three nights at Marriot and return one night before travelling to Austria by car, My family had three adults and child.

The staff involved in the Restautant was excellent and was very accommodating. Specially the supervisor and the waiters/ess. Me and my family was very happy with the service.

Heating/Air Conditioning. Rooms are incredibly hot. Customers should be able to regulate room temperature all year round. It’s a standard.

Amazing design, clean and easy location to access the town centre with a short tram ride. Love the Straßenbahn. 😂 New hotel, new staff and we understand the process can be a bit challenging, but love it so much, that this hotel will be our choice of hotel, when we return in February again. 😊👍

House keep time is later than I thought. But it is acceptable.

The location is good. The reception is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. My suggestion is avoiding the peak time, that will feel better. Parkhaus is right under the building, very convenient .

I was stranded in Munich due to a snowstorm and stayed at this hotel. I just wanted to say how exceptionally kind some of the staff were, especially Sarah (Front of desk) and the breakfast staff who could not do enough for guests. They are really an asset to the hotel!

That I had to unfortunately wait for my room booking for hours due to snowstorm not enabling staff to turn up. And the communication was poor. I asked if I could receive a text to let me know when room was ready, and they couldn’t do it.

Gorgeous room, geeat shower with heated floors, great space to hang clothes, coffee machine, proper curtains, big bed and overall very nice design. The restaurant for breakfast is also very nice with great choice.

I wouldn't call this really a problem, but if one desires to stay close to the old town or city centre, this hotel might be a bit far, like 40-50 minutes walk. But then the tram station is so close to the hotel (4 minutes by walk) that this issue can be easily resolved.

Lovely staff. Not only they were quite helpful, they were super nice as well. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were really good. Also the shower, and the smart toilet were great! Also the breakfast was really good and everything was available, with good quality. Would definitely go there again!
