The light in the bathroom was horrible and the extra light for make up just did work at all. The hotel could use a little “fresh up” in general.

The room was super cosy, the bed was really comfortable and i loved the nespresso machine! The hotel was really quiet which i liked!

From time to time there was an odor in the bathroom There was a wardrobe but no option to hang a coat - the space was too short to fit a long outdoor clothing. I know by fact that it is not like this in every room, as I stayed last time in a smaller room with this option available This time I was with a big suitcase and had to deal with couple of stairs right after the entrance, small modification of that area would be helpful

Stylish and cozy hotel with comfortable spacious bed, good coffee machine, fruits and mineral water in the room. I am glad to see that issue with air conditioner was fixed since my last visit The room was quite, I didn't hear neither neighbors nor car sound The breakfast is quite good with big variety of options, good coffee Staff is friendly and welcoming Fruits, water and nuts for guests are available by the entrance

Windows could hardly open and thus it was very warm in the room. In winter even, 23 degrees. Airco also not working properly to cool the room off.

Parking around the hotel is very expensive (10€ for 2 hours - from 09h AM to 10h PM)

Hotel is close to the shopping street and restaurants. Comfy beds. What you see on the pictures is what you get.

Claims to have room service on booking.com - no such thing. The receptionist kept emphasizing that they can always be called at the front desk, but that there is no food being prepared in the hotel. This is not room service and the feature should be removed from the ad.

Here we go. The coffee. Uninspired and lazy industry mass produced coffee. A hotel like this should invest in a barista and proper coffee culture. At the breakfast several employees were hanging out in the kitchen. All in all fine and absolutely ok. But offering fresh scrambled eggs or French toast would elevate the breakfast tremendously. And that kind of service would fit such a great place. The pillows. I am genuinely interested who actually can rest on these unusually high pillows. And whoever does, I have little hope for spine and neck health. Impossible to sleep on. A hotel of that class should have more option for humans with straight spines. The internet connection was horrible. 4mbps and the premium connection has 20-30, that I had to ask for first. It’s doable but brutally slow. And lastly. I asked the employee at the desk around midnight for a bottle of water and the response was „the bar is closed.“ not acceptable service wise for a paying guest. Struck me as an odd response. I didn’t ask for a drink, just for a water.

Location. Quality. Interior design of the bar. The room was very clean and nice. Bathroom very nice and clean. Definitely a great place to stay in. The negatives are gonna sound much. But it’s details that matter and doesn’t take away from the overall good experience that could’ve been a great one.

The only negative I have about my stay was that one night we got in roughly 1:30 AM, we were in the room for 5 mins with the tv turned down and not loud at all and trying to be quiet and staff said they received 2 noise complaints within that 5 min period? Found this to be highly unlikely but other than that the stay was excellent.

Property was clean and only a 10 min walk from the city centre. Facilities were great and staff friendly.

Firstly again we had big problem with heating system in the room, but in a one day reception team helped us with changing this room.

Great small quiet boutique hotel, close to the centre and in particular the Christmas Market. 20 minute walk to the main train station and tram right outside also so very accessible. Has a friendly young staff and management and a trendy arty vibe. Lovely decor and interior style. Great little bar ran by Jan with whom we had lovely chats. Really clean hotel. Our room was small but totally fine for three nights. Everyone working there was happy and informative, all good. Would highly recommend Muze Hotel.

Given all the detail-orientedness, I was surprised how uncomfortable the beds were. The double bed was actually two single beds merged so you can sleep in either side but never enjoy the whole bed

Great location, only a 10 minute walk to city centre. The hotel was very nice, clean & friendly, helpful staff. One suggested would be to add a wardrobe to the L-Twin room as there was not enough cupboards for clothes! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Reception staff took ages for checking us in, initiating a conversation with previous guests over and over again while we were waiting. Bit strange. Relatively small room.

Breakfast was nice, if not amazing, but the eggs were cold and there was generally less seats than people.

A really quiet room despite the hotel being at an intersection. Design-wise it's quite unique and I especially liked how the room entryway is organized (the coffee-maker, toiletries, general cosy feeling). For breakfast, great selection of teas.
