The location is remarkable for its short distance to where many sightseers want to be. Two blocks easily walked brings a visitor to the southern tip of the historic district. From there, several blocks of walking past nice older buildings brings one to the centuries-old royal residence, Hofgarten, Rathaus, Odeonplatz, Marienplatz, and (further) English Garten. The hotel can be walked to in about fifteen minutes from the train station (or the two can be travelled between underground as the next stop on the U2 line).

One of the staff was incredibly rude and dealed with me as if I was an idiot. I'm starting to think it's because I'm Israeli. He is old and had short grey hair. He should be ashamed of himself for treating guests like this based on their looks and origins! Really, everyone was so nice except for him!!! (The old guy with the long ponytail was chill tho, not to be confused with)

Close to city central, rooms generally clean and hot water runs all day, as well as comfortable temperature to your likings. Most of the staff was incredibly nice, and the woman who checked me in said I was on the 4th floor while handing me the room number paper. My room was on the 3rd, and I had understood she said I'm on the 4th because I'm a solo female traveler (using my bfs account rn) and to protect my privacy. Thank you!

Very convenient and practical location, near subway and tram station, 1 stop with subway from Hbf, in a quiet corner of the district, walking distance to the Old Town area. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Friendly and nice personnel. Single standard room is not big, but equipped with all needed furniture, including small fridge, a desk, a TV, wardrobe and a complimentary bottle of water. For the price the room was offered in March, this hotel perhaps is rare find in this city area.

On one site there's a photo of a washing machine but there aren't any facilities at No 4 you need to go to a laundromat.

The hotel looks new. The rooms are well designed. Although they're small the ensuite is quite adequate and the bed and space is comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the hotel was for the price. It's in a trendy neighbourhood and walking distance to Marienplatz. Breakfast is not actually provided but there is a coffee machine behind reception and croissants in the morning. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing comes to my mind except that a full breakfast at the hotel (on added price) would be awesome. I'd like the point out that check in time is 2 pm (and check out at 11 am). It's not very comfortable but it's standard in most European cities.

The hotel is very conveniently located at Sendlinger Tor just 1 stop from Munich Hbf. (U-Bahn/tram). We arrived hours earlier than the check in time. The staff was kind to store your luggage before check in as well as after check out. The rooms were small but sufficient, clean and comfortable. Thumbs up for the space utilization. A fully equipped shower. There was no breakfast buffet but there was complimentary coffee/tea at the reception all day, plus some mini croissants in the morning. Quite a few places are a cozy breakfast and dinners and drinks. Marienplatz and the city center is walkable (or 1 stop by U-bahn). Do stop by at 'Vollaths' for a lovely breakfast. Must try the white sausages and pancakes.

Clean and comfortable room, although the single room was small and a bit dated. Convenient location that's an easy walk to Marienplatz, and only one subway stop away from main train station. Friendly and helpful staff.

I arrived around 11:30 hoping to stow my bags as check in the as not til 2pm but 2 staff members went out of their way to help me and actually checked me in . Made me feel very welcome. Good security , quiet location but 5 minutes to shops and then another few minutes to the centre. Spacious, warm room and comfortable bed- tea , coffee , croissants and pretzels available. Very clean room and bathroom. Walkable from the main station.
