More utensils would have been provided in kitchen, Few cupboards are locked in kitchen, no one to approach onsite in regards to open questions. Kitchen cupboards had slight bad smell so recommend to clean and use utensils, apart from it all good. Oil bottle provided for cooking has lot of stains of dust so kitchen cleanliness have to be given priority. Sofa bed had made some creaky sounds when turned on sides.

Direct check in, good option for family of 4, all facilities needed for short stay are provided like toiletries, towels etc. Had blinds as well to have nice sleep especially during summers. Overall looks like how it's in images.

Would be cool if there are two types of pillows: The Pillows where nice but to big for me and my neck :D Also the Shower need a glas or something, the whole bathroom is wet when you shower.

There was no cleaning service during whole duration of stay. There was self service if you need more towels or clean laundry.

Kitchen and dining were very well setup and stocked with cooking oil, dish washing liquid, scrubber, utensils, pots, pan, sugar, coffee, pepper, trash bins with extra sacks, paper towels etc. There were plenty of appliances like Kettle, coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, TV. There was induction hob for cooking too. Room heating was very good. Customer service was through whatsapp and they were very responsive. Overall we stayed for around 7 days and recommend this property.

Basically I really like when I do not need to meet anybody and this place is very well organized from this point of view. But it was not clear for me what to do when the soap is over and it was. I could not manage to refill it.

Very good location because you can go everywhere by train and it is close to the airport. Walking around the place is really nice, there are beautiful parks.

Very convenient with check in online and check out online. No need to stand in line at a reception, love it! Nice room and beds! The sofa bed was also comfortable for family! The restaurant on ground floor worked well for a quick dinner

- No housekeeping in 4 days >> Garbage room is at the -1 floor. - No direct support channel available... Whatsapp channel wasn't available for international numbers. - Some cutlery was missing. There was no one to ask... :) - Parking is problem if you don't book in advance.

Interaction with Numa staff on the WhatsApp application. There was a delay in the communication sometimes and also not always clear communication.

Room was good, Bathroom was excellent. Water and snack were offered for free from Numa, very good. Not the best location but still quite good.

Pillows on bed are too large, I get pain in my neck and back.

Beautiful view and apartments. Didn't take breakfast because it was expensive, but I bought diner and it was ready so fast and the staff is super friendly! Location is so so, it is a quiet place but no stores nearby.
