The hotel is located on a busy street. The area in general feels very remote and is not that pleasant to stay in.

Room has all basic needs. The small kitchenette was nice. We liked having a fridge. Everything worked

my room was perfect for me and my necessities, bathroom, kitchen and tv and 2 supermarkets close to the hotel.

Paid for a double room but received a twin. Mattresses were uncomfortable with springy feel. No elevator, making stairs a hassle with luggage. Extremely limited check-in window (3-7pm) added unnecessary stress.

The location is really convenient and the room that we got was big enough with extra amenities like kitchenette.

- no elevator - noise, ALOT of noise - no late checkins - no reception after 19 - you’re on your own - emergency number only on Ground floor - the wool given was not comfortable on bed

You need a train or bus to get there. It is not really close to city center and with trains strike or the S-Bahn malfunctioning you don't really want to get stuck at night in the town. There are small details that could improve quality w/o too much cost but for a place just to sleep it's ok.

It is a quiet place and it is close to a market. Room was pretty big and warm. I would probably repeat but in spring or summer.

There was no shopping centers nearby. There is no lobby or public seating area.

The reception in charge was very nice, polite & helpful. She trys her best to satisfy our needs. At a walking distance from supermarkets. Local train was at a walking distance.

Limited time to check in as no receptionist staff at counter after 7 pm. The area is a bit quiet & isolate as this triggered safety consent since no staff around at night.

I experienced inconsistent hot water availability and insufficient water pressure during my stay. To be honest, I haven't reported these issues to the reception, so I'm not sure if they could have been resolved. Additionally, there were times when the hotel's location on a noisy road affected my comfort, though I should note that this noise issue only occurred occasionally.

I appreciated the spacious room, the working space (a small office with a chair), and the functional kitchen, although it was missing an oven.

They don't clean the room daily, but once every 3 days. It's in an industrial area, so it's kinda scary at night. No air conditioning. You could hear everything that happens in the street or in the corridor from your room. Personally I was okay with this, but I'm not a light sleeper.

It was cheap and was better than what I expected it to be.

we were lucky to have a kitchenette, but we only knew to have one when we arrived. Not all rooms have a kitchenette

Spacious rooms, plenty of public transport nearby that will bring you to Ehrenfeld or city center quickly, Lidl opposite of the street

There was two nights no warm water supply.But finally.the hotel solve this problem.

The location is good.Near to train station.Easy to transport to Koln central station. Lidl is next to the hotel,very convenience to buy daily necessarilies.

There was a lot of road noise (though this doesn't bother me as much as a heavy sleeper). The quantities of toiletries provided were not large for the duration of my stay. It was also a bit disappointing to see a fridge provided in the room but for this to turn out not to work.

The room was clean and reasonably well-equipped, with reliable WiFi. The location is great for public transport, with buses running from right outside and a 5min walk to the S-Bahn, as well as a Lidl over the road. Check-in was easy, albeit there were only rarely any staff on reception.

Had a kitchen but nothing to cook with. No tea / coffee facilities. Breakfast is in another hotel somewhere in the neighbourhood.

Very friendly and very helpful staff on arrival. Room was large and clean. Complete with a small kitchenette. Just a 5min walk from the train station.

Quite a bit of noise late at night from other guests, a lot of crashing about which made me feel a little nervous.

Staff member who checked me in was lovely. Really liked that the room had a kitchenette and was so close to the Lidl. Also being close to public transport is great. Room was good and I slept pretty well.

not very disable access friendly. had to take a giant step into the shower and the toilet is way too high up so much so my feet nearly didn’t touch the ground.

it’s location was very close to good rail links into the surrounding cities, and having a supermarket near by was very useful

The noise of the main road,the mattress was very worn out and the decor. No one was ever at the receptions

The hotels distance from the venue we were attending. The young man who we caught off guard in the reception was nice and polite enough to give me an extra pillow. The Lidl supermarket just a stones throw away and the local train station which was a little walk away.

While basic was what we were looking for, cleanliness could have been much better. Makeup stains on towels and dust on pillows etc. As we were up and out each day before staff arrived there was no opportunity really to mention this. Grand if you're literally sleeping and leaving but just don't expect spotless!

Location beside s-bahn very good. Gentleman at check in was very nice. Handy to have small kitchenette space if you were so inclined.
