Rooms are not very insulated. Hotel can be noisy...

A bit old shower in our room - a lot of water in the rest of the bathroom after taking the shower.

Cozy, warm hotel. A lot of details to make you feel welcomed. Hygge energy. Easy check-in, great breakfast also for vegetarians, trust (we were welcomed to serve ourselves the drinks after the reception was not open any more).

The room itself was nicely decorated but we did need to open the windows to air it out. Some additional care should be taken on the cleanliness of the room. Walls are also thin so perhaps not ideal for light sleepers.

Lovely hotel with great character. The bar area is cozy and chill for an afternoon drink or meal. The food is very good and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options.

Very tidy and pretty hotel. The room (single room "Hygge") was big enough for one and nicely decorated. The bathroom was old but tidy. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast is just outstanding! Beautifully presented and with a great selection of cold cuts & cheese (vegan cheese on request). Not to forget the yummy sourdough bread!! We also loved the coffee and the fact that hot milk is provided. The kids can also help themselves to fresh fruits, a variance of different fruitsalads daily, as well as making their own fresh waffels on the weekend. What's not to love?! The own hotel pool is also fantastic, great area to chill or taking a dip.

The size of the room did not meet my expectation for the pirice I paid. There was no air conditioning, but luckily it was cooler in the evening. However, we were on the ground floor and the people behind us were having a graden party and being very loud late into the night. The pool in the middle of the property did not lessen the noise during the day/early in the afternoon especially for us since we travell a good distance to get to the hotel and wanted to rest before going out to dinner!

The room was neat and clean, even thought it was small for the price. Walking distance to the lake (which we didn't do) and an easy walk into the neighbouring town in Austria. We used the game room and went upstairs to see the view from the loung. Breakfast wasn't bad either, but still a bit pricy overall in my opinion.

It was all a bit cramped. The ceiling in the ground floor is really low and i bumped into hanging lights. Room and Bath looked old and shabby and had an 1980 Charme. It was really was cold the first night. Bathroom was very small. Covers wre too thin for winter. Basically the looks hotel great from the outside, but very different inside.

Breakfast was very good. Great WLAN performance.

The rooms were not air-conditioned, which we knew would be the case, but the ventilation in the rooms was terrible. The photos don't make clear that the rooms are within only a few feet of the pool, which means that keeping the window and doors open wasn't feasible at night as there would be no privacy. We made do by putting the shutters down at night and leaving the door ajar, but it was extremely hot and difficult to sleep. There was also repeated recycling noise at around 11pm and then in the early mornings. When I asked about this we were told that there was no recycling space near the room, which seemed strange. Many people smoked outside of their rooms, with the smell of smoke apparent both outside and inside our room. Again, the proximity of the rooms to each other and the pool meant this was unavoidable, but it was unpleasant.

The pool is the best thing about this property: it was lovely. Breakfast was also nice. Staff were mostly friendly. Our children burst a pool toy and the response was understanding - we immediately offered to pay to replace it and this was accepted.

I stayed in room 20. This room is located next to the reception/hotel bar underneath iron stairs. The room was very comfortable but the noice ruined our night's sleep. At 2 a.m. I was still awake because of the noice of very loud club music. It turned out to be two staff members who were listening to really loud music. On my request they turned the volume a little down, but I had to ask twice. Unfortunately two off the staff where responsible for a bad experience, the rest of the staff was lovely. Because of this experience my overall rating is low. If this would not have happened I would give the hotel a very goog rating (9+)

The hotel is located excellent. The restaurant connected to the hotel is cozy and tasty. Make reservations prior to your trip, to be sure there is a table for you. The restaurant was fully booked when we arrived, the friendly staf created a place for our family.
