Perfect location for those coming to Rock Im Park festival, walking distance between the accommodation and the grounds, walking distance to the central train station. Raz (the host) is just wonderful. The place has everything you need for your stay.

I did not have any problems worth mentioning. This apartment fit my requirements perfectly.

I liked the well equipped Kitchen very much. Razwan has an assortment of spices available. I was able to make my own Asian breakfast conveniently. The place is very close to a very popular Berliner Doner Restaurant(Arabic food), Imhof Bakery, two Indian Restaurants and a Vietnamese shop where you can get food. There is a Refrigerator and microwave to store food and heat it up. Hot water is available round the clock. There is a water filter for drinking water, just in case you are particular. Well connected by public transport. The Apartment is on a bus route and close to railway station. All consumables for washing and cleaning are available. Razwan maintains the place very clean. Mobile charging cables, headphones were also available just in case you need it. The street is relatively quite to have a good nights rest after work. Razwan gives you your space to do your work and live your life. If you care to have a conversation or use the living room, Razwan is always welcoming and willing to spend time. It is a safe neighborhood and Apartment. Note for those who travel with Heavy suitcase - Consider packing a big shopping bag so that you can take portions of the luggage from ground floor to the Apartment using the staircase. I would go again if work takes me to Nuremberg.

Only downside was climbing four flights of stairs to get to the flat.

All the facilities of a home were available if wanted. Comfortable and clean apartment and much cheaper than a hotel! Excellent bus service to city centre.

the walls are very thin, so you can hear any noise from the other rooms. As I am used to listening to white noise with earphones for sleeping, it was not a big inconvenience.

Pretty reasonable price if compared to other private bedrooms with similar location. Less than 10 minutes away from the city center. The bed is sleepable and the other facilities (shower, Wi-Fi, etc) work properly.

The host was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Very good localisation. Almost city center . 4 stops by bus (bus stop is only 3 minutes by walk from object) to Hauptbahnhof. Kitchen and washing machine available

A nice room in an apartment close to Rock im Park festival. You could even walk to the festival if you need to :) The apartment was really cute and had all the necessary stuff. Easy check in and check out :)

I decided to book late, there were only rooms left in overly expensive hotels, so I opted for an incredibly cheap offer that turned out to be a kind of airbnb with a polite and nonchalant host in undesrshirt and underpants. Frankly, I don't know how to evaluate the stay, certainly very cheap, at a hostel price and with completely aligned quality. The room was a kind of sitting room with a video game console and a television in which a cot was placed (in other rooms you could see mats on the floor, but I think I was the only guest in the three days and I don't think they were in use). What you see in the photo is the poster with which the window of my room door was darkened, but there was also a doormat of the same style and which eerily resembled a brothel. The management of the keys was a bit complicated (you couldn't take it with you and it remained accessible to anyone, which, considering that the door on the street is always open, is not the best). The fourth floor is not the best if you have heavy suitcases, but on the other hand the accommodation is recommended for a student on a gap year holiday with only a backpack.

Very cheap indeed. Ojectively clean house (you don't enter with shoes on), shower with hot water (separate from the toilet), some ethnic restaurants (a good Indian one) nearby, just over a kilometer from the central station, which was reachable also by bus (bus stop a few steps away). Possibility to use the kitchen, which I didn't use.

Way too many rules, got many messages fron the host because he's renting to many people and there's only 1 key. I'd recommend you to make a 2nd key. Bed really not comfortable, old sheets.

Clean place, nice kitchen and common areas. Quite big room with a desk. Clean. Good price compared to other places in Nürnberg

The apartment was at 4th floor and have to walk up 80 woodwn old stairs daily Apart need to be upgraded, the bath is small having just a shower and mirror. WC is apart. TV and washing machine were nit running
