The staff were not very helpful, the TV did not work & when we tried to ask the staff for help with it, they threw their hands up & said "we don't know". The bed wasn't 1 mattress, it was 2, very uncomfortable sleeping with a valley in the middle of the bed. They did not bring us new towels or toilet paper.

The noise of the trains is pretty constant but that’s to be expected given it’s location overlooking the platform.

Convenient location and value for money we’re key selling points. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee shop downstairs was a welcome pick me up in the morning. Parking too was very easy as there’s a big car park right outside the front door servicing the train station

the property was above a train station, as a result had quite the noise also during the night.also, there was no air condition and the summer days were really hot. renovation would be good.

I can't tell I didn't like the trains passing by all night, because I knew already the hotel is just in the same building of the station, just one floor above, actually I signed knowing that, but earpods can help you to sleep better

cheapest probably in the city, easy to find, entrance with code if you arrive late, the beds are ok, it is a good place to stop in the way for a layover

The walls are thin, so you hear the other guests, either on the hallway or in their rooms, as well as the train announcements in the station.

The reception counter is run by the coffee shop. The dont give any tourist info. I asked i fo regarding the black forest drive. They dint provide me any info regarding that.At check in I had to wait for 15 mins for the staff to get the key as they were busy serving coffee to the coffee shop customers.

Location is great. It is in the platform of the train station which is great for a quick get away of you have limited time. Connectivity to main town is also very easy by bus.

Wifi was very bad, was disconnecting every 5 mins; no kettle, no hair dryer, no fridge. It's even weird that there was a microwave but no place to store items for microwaving.

The room is huge, big bed and big bathroom with bath tub and even bidet (but no hair dryer lol). Location is good, city center is reachable by bus 201 (around 15 mins) The hotel is located right at the train station so easy to get there if you arrive at night or need to leave early. There TV and microwave in the room. A lot of towels (needed if you wanna go to spa) Trains did not disturb much as was noted by previous travelers (only if windows are open).

My friend who is a clean freak says that the shelfs could be a bit cleaner and the main light did not work.

Even though the reception did not work when we arrived, they left detailed information how to get into the hotel. The information was accurate and we were able to get into the hotel with no trouble
