Wi-fi was not working on the 1st floor. The room doesn't smell really nice. It's quite far from the train station and city-centre.

The staff of this hotel are just AMAZING. The breakfast was ready every day and it was also perfect. The hotel itself is located in a tranquil, accessible location. Altogether, I assure you will have a comfortable stay at Hotel Neustadt.

We chose this hotel because we had to leave early to catch a train and they offered breakfast from 6 AM, the time we needed. When we arrived we saw they had a note posted changing the breakfast time by one hour later (7 AM), meaning we couldn't have it, we asked if it was possible to at least have a coffee at 6:45 but it couldn't be arranged. Maybe it was a particular situation, but you have to be careful with the information you give since timing is important for both parties.

OK room, well connected with the city center using local transport. Shared bathroom looks new, very clean, good shower.

Shared bathroom, especially when needing to go for night time toilet. And, nowhere to lock-up a bike, I was doing a bike tour - and thought I could park bike in garage, or around back - but NO.

Small room with a hand basin - and nice location across from church, quick bike ride to the city. GREAT breakfast the next day - paid $5 EUR extra

There needs to be better wifi. Our room was very close to the office but it was hard to pick up the signal, and it kept going on and off. There were floor tiles and other materials left in the corridor which gave the place a rather shabby feel.

A convenient place to spend one night while on the way to somewhere else. We booked an ensuite room, which was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was good.

1 toilet/shower for the floor. We had problems with the key box and the telephone number was not available. It worked out because a hotel guest helped. Room is fine to sleep in but very poor lighting. We only stayed 1 night and left early in the morning without using the shower. For that purpose it is fine.

the staff is really sweet, breakfast is great and it is calm. my room was very cosy! there is only one toilet with a shower in each floor, but it was almost never a problem. for the price this hotel is really amazing :)

Staff is kind but can't offer a lot of information. They also don't really speak English much. The biggest letdown was a very, VERY dirty blanket. Also I had a double bed, but a single sheet. The sink almost came off the wall but was usable. A kettle in the room would have been a very nice addition. There were only two outlets in the room and if you need to use both, you have to unplug the lamp.

The hotel staff was kind. I liked the temperature in the hotel and the rooms, and it was nice that there was a heater you could set yourself and that you were able to open a window for fresh air. Also I liked the cleanliness of the shared bathroom. I thought the pretty outdated ambience was actually really nice :)
