It feels like you are staying in a converted office building. The room was very tired, tatty curtain, carpet tiles on the floor. Damaged and repaired wood panelling to the walls. Shower curtain. Old wallpaper that has been painted over 100 times. TV wouldn’t tune to any Chanel. No tea making facility. No eating in the room. Basic office conference room chairs x2 in an 4 single bed room. Only booked a twin room it had 4 single beds. Picture on wall was torn. Outside the room the temporary partitioning was not what you expect in a hotel. When you arrive it doesn’t feel like you are at a hotel. The building is on an industrial estate although there are some other dwellings around. Outside needed tidying up and updating. This place needs a big face lift. Based on the building you wouldn’t stay here but based on the good points it was actually ok although you may disagree. Stay with an open mind and you’ll have some stories for your friends.

Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was warm. Bedding was clean. Not much interaction with staff but they were polite and friendly. Honesty fridge with beer and water. 30 minute walk to Messe exhibition and bus route close by. Communal ironing board on landing. Window opened for ventilation. Hot water and powerful shower. Doors locked. Beds made while we were away and our belongings were not disturbed. There is very good bar that serves lovely food about 15 minute walk away, restaurants near me google search. We picked up some Uber scooters and commuted on these as the hotel was in the permitted parking zone.

..........Was dirty between the beds, toilet doesn't flush well , chipper hygiene products , TV was having just 3 channels and boring too, from the metrois to far andihad to crossover a dark publicgarden, to much money for this room,

On-line it indicates that breakfast is included but in reality it is not. We went down at 7:30 and nobody was there. I sent an email the night before because you need to make reservations 24 hrs before. They came down at 8:30 as we were leaving and mentioned that breakfast was not included. The on-line information is misleading, breakfast is NOT included, it should be clear ! The room was also very cold, we were not able to put on the heat and nobody was available downstairs.

Very very basic, loads of vending machines but not a pleasant experience at all for me. The room was clean but no facilities. The TV didnt work and I had to fix it. The bathroom was basic and just not to a good standard.

Personel of hotel surprised with exceptional support even with what they are not responsible. Their smile, honesty and support when we have problems with our motorcycles were exceptional. Best service I have seen. Good luck

Very kind stuff, helpful and positive. They helped us with the late check in, waited for us and were there for every we needed. Clean and comfortable rooms. We are definitely coming back when in Munich!

The hotel was overpriced even cosidering the high demand for rooms during BAUMA for the facilities on offer. Only a very basic reception and breakfast room the decor was utilitarian with no carpets. And the area around the hotel was down market. However it was close to the show ground but some directions on how to get their (1 stop on the tube) would have been helpful.

When I found the way it was close to the show ground and the staff where helpful and waiting for me when I arrived late.

It is awful ! Toilet seat broken/ window did not open/ dreadful decor/ bedside light with one control and broken shade/ skirting board broken/ very small, thin towels. Appeared to be in a red light district . VERY expensive for a truly horrible hotel.
