The Room temprature was too cold as the heater didnt work well, after many talks with the reception they brought me a trasported heater. I have to say i also came when it was -5 degree outside. still the room didnt feel comfy as it was cool.

The Rooms was very clean and new, the view over the city is amazing and we had a very quite room. The staff was very friendly

Bit further from the Frankfurt train station than it looks like, but it's still about 10 minutes on foot

Nice views from the high floors, overall a comfortable stay. Soft beds. Right next to a shopping centre and many restaurants.

taxi refused fare from railway station to hotel. It was not a great distance, but my 80 year old mother was not fit to walk and managing 2 large suitcases and hand luggage- international travellers- was difficult and stressful

A bit cold in the room, and was no bathrobe and slippers, but next day I ask for it and staff bring it immediately. . Couple times staff tried to enter the room when I was in, it is strange that they do not have system that shows that a guest still in.

Booking.com messed up our booking. We had specifically booked an XL room with 2 single beds seeing as colleagues were going to hare the room. When we got to the room it was a single bed. The hotel had not been informed of our requirement and did not have any XL rooms with single beds available. We were downgraded to a regular room with 2 beds and are awaiting some contact from Booking.com Further, when making the booking we were advised that if we paid when booking with booking com we would get a 10% discount - this never materialized. Will revert on this site if booking.com takes care of these issues

The policy of the hotel is to give customers vouchers for the bar if you don’t ask for room to be cleaned and the towels to be changed. We didn’t get the room service two mornings but we didn’t get the vouchers either. I asked the first day but couldn’t be bothered to ask again the following day. Very unprofessional. We were also supposed to be getting bath robes and slippers but didn’t get them either.

very new, modern hotel with great facilities (Gym and sauna). Amazing breakfast and great staff. We booked an XL room, which was very spacious and beautiful. The location is great- it is only a few tram stops away from Frankfurt Hbf and the Römer / Paulskirche, etc. The tram stop for 11 and 14 are just 2 minutes away. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Very modern hotel, amazing breakfast, and very friendly and accommodating staff´; location is also great- the tram station is only 1-2 minutes away, and tram 11 and 14 go to locations like Frankfurt Hbf, Römer / Paulskirche, etc. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!

The only negative, perhaps, was the seriousness of the staff at the reception. I didn't feel very welcome. Maybe it was a wrong intuition on my part, except for this small detail, everything else was great.

A hotel that exceeded my expectations. The facilities, the incredible views, the very complete and tasty breakfasts, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The location of the hotel near the central train station is very convenient, as well as having a bus and tram station next to it to get around the city. Everything was very good.
