Friendly and helpful welcome. The Sunday night room rate, but if you add parking fees (21€) and breakfast (25.50€) the bill could add up quickly. Very comfortable 6th floor room on the quiet side of the hotel. Tram stop outside front door.

Nothing, we liked everything about our stay in the hotel.

Everything was inline with our expectations of a hotel. Clean, tidy & fuctional. Customer service was brilliant & nothing was too much hassle for the team at the hotel. We used the bar & the food was brilliant. Breakfast was amazing & the decoration was smart & modern.

I liked the hotel as it was very clean, comfy, welcoming and simple but cozy. The breakfast was to die for... so many options and all was fresh, good coffee and fresh fruits were very good. As I was staying only for few hours it was what I needed.

The door keys failed to work on arrival leading to multiple visits from top floor room to reception. This was only sorted the next day - requiring a member of staff to accompany me each time I returned to the room.

All very good - breakfast was excellent and staff very good.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but we could use the coffee machine in the reception area, so that was fine.

Friendly staff, nice spacious clean rooms, good quality shower and hairdryer. Dog bed and bowl provided - lovely surprise.

An early check-in fee was taken at 11 am. The hotel must be smooth in this procedure. Flight reservations and arrival times are not in our control. The value of the car park is very high. If it is not free, let it be with a small fee, especially for stays of more than 5 nights. here are not the simplest accommodation tools in the room. Tea, coffee, water heater. You must request them under the pretext of preserving the environment. In the restaurant, a cover was requested for a coffee cup. The employee told me the cover is plastic and we do not use it here to preserve the environment. Just say there is no cover.

The breakfast is good, but needs a little variety. The location is excellent

The man who welcomed us at reception when we arrived (17 Mar, ~13:00) was, what can we say, particularly nasty. (All 5 of us sensed the same.) And very much unlike the other staff we interacted with. We remember his name if needed.

Nice hotel, rooms are fine, good breakfast, courteous staff (all but one see below), nice coffee machine available in the lobby. Two small requests: add smoked salmon at breakfast, and some more equipment at the gym. But still, it was certainly a nice stay.

The room and bathroom were excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast and the stay very much. A little unfortunate are the directions on the parking access panel that are misleading to someone reading them the first time.

Got road noise in my room. Parking is not cheap, 21€ for 24h.

The hotel looks good and new. Also very clean. You can have water, fruits and candy in the lobby. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is close to a big road and you can hear the traffic at night if you have a room that is turned to the street. The restaurant is quite small, they don’t have a lot of choice and no children menus.

The hotel is close to the Planetarium and the Technomuseum which where two of the main activities we planed to visit with our children. It has a big and safe outside parking, which is very handy when travelling with children. The breakfast was also very good. Overall it was very good value for the price.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. I'm tall with matching body weight, but my smaller partner was actually happy. Also the sofa that can double as a bed felt a bit wobbly and provided little back support. These are minor issues, definitely no deal breakers. Didn't have breakfast so can't judge about this.

The spaciousness and practicality of the suite was great. The view from the sixth floor. And the ease with which some extra amenities could be arranged. Free parking was nearby including some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. An easy ride to Heidelberg.
