Staff were quite rude, house keeper walked into my room while I was sleeping and had the DO NOT DISTURB sign up and when I went to confront the front desk about it they just say oh their allowed to do that ( this is completely wrong and invasion of privacy)

Toilet still had urine in it when I arrived. Cleaner entered my room while I was still in it before checkout time. For the price paid - this wasn't acceptable.

our stay was generally good, except for the fact that we found the door of our room open when we arrived at the hotel in the evening after our walk in the town! we reported the incident to the reception but they didn't seem to take it seriously! maybe the maid forgot the door! luckily nothing was missing from our room! the hotel was clean and in a very nice location!

Too much offers to try for one breakfast :D only fresh made omelets were provided but the sign on the table seemed to promise more varieties. And it was try&error to get your own omelet creation back as they were not signed

Beds were hard for our liking

The rooms were a great size with great facilities, lots of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. Go green during the stay meant we got free drinks vouchers for the bar which was a nice touch as we don't mind not having our room cleaned daily. Request for double bed and shower was upheld and they let us check in early when we arrived at midday.

We were unaware of getting bathrobes beforehand for the Sauna as they were not provided but the staff were accommodating and helpful when we called

It was spacious and the entrance was clean and facilities were clean. We used the Sauna and it was straight forward and comfortable.

Room was very clean with small fridge , tea & coffee making facilities - bathroom had good toiletries + hair dryer Location was excellent and easy to get around the city. Nice bar located on the ground floor- always friendly staff with good drinks menu!

The room is spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and gave the best suggestions for food on Sunday night when most of the stores are closed. Lastly, the location was close to most of the tourist attractions and underground was in the immediate vicinity.

Nice location close to metro station, good breakfast with freshly made omlettes or fried eggs. Convenient to have a garage under the building.

Drainage system in my room needs some reparation/cleaning as a bad smell came out of the sink.

There was a problem on the first morning where some of the cleaning staff were having a loud argument in the corridor at 7am. I wondered what was happening and put my head out of the door, and there were other guests also asking them to lower their voices. Thankfully the incident didn't repeat on the following days.

Useful location near Stadtmitte U-Bahn, with some nice restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Good breakfast with lots of different options.

I personally found the bed a bit too hard, though other I talked to loved the beds, There was a hair in the bathroom when I first arrived, so I suspect, that maybe cleaning can imporve

Great location. I was there for work and extended one night. The bar has decently priced drinks. The catering for the conference rooms was also great.
