The hotel is near a busy road, so with the windows open there is quite some noise. It did not bother me, but my companion indicated it as a bit disturbing

We had a spacious room on the 6th floor. The staff was very helpful. Loved the idea of a voucher as compensation for skipping room cleaning for one day. One of the best breakfasts I enjoyed since a long time. Lots of variation in bread, nice fruit salad, pan cakes on request ..no complains

The hotel is in a convenient location, not too far out to walk but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Was a great option for a group for friends.

There was no bathtub in the room. There were no exercise mats in the gym. The ventilation in the bathroom could not be turned off.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. I liked that I got the voucher for not wanting to have the room cleaned. The staff was very friendly.

Location is excellent, very close to the river and chocolate museum and within walking distance of the Alter Markt and Cathedral. Great safe underground car park, spaces are on first come first serve basis. Fabulous breakfast with a vast choice and pretty much everything anyone could want. Didn’t try the Sauna.

While the breakfast was tasty, it was rather expensive (25 euro pp).

Decent sized room with nice shower. Great location in a quiet area to easily visit the chocolate museum. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a huge assortment of various items, all of which were tasty.

I’m used to better cleaning from my experience in nh until now. The bathroom and especially the toilet had stains and was visibly not cleaned properly. Toilet seat was also moving. Other than that it was fine.

I’ve always liked and booked nh mostly for the location and good quality. Staff were friendly.

Prices are extremely inflates during international fairs. We paid almost 300 euro/night in a single room.

The staff are great and very helpful, they made it a great stay. Especially Giuseppe in the bar!

Hotel is on very busy road so we couldn't open windows for fresh air. Our window faced an exterior concrete pillar. TV didn't work so we got batteries changed at reception. TV still didn't work so we reported this on leaving. Staff not very engaged, no one apologised.

Spacious and comfortable room. Good shower. Wide range of choices at breakfast.

I didn’t like when we checked in, a young man and woman at the check in desk was laughing about us in German. They didn’t realised we could understand. Other staff members e.g. a tall black gentleman who spoke great English was incredibly nice! I didn’t like the yellow duvet or yellow pillows- just invest in new ones!

Bed was uncomfortable, duvet and pillows fell out of cover due to lack of fastenings. Fresh water in room would be nice.

The location is very central and the hotel has a small shop inside where you can buy snacks and drinks to make stay more pleasant.

The elevators really did not seem to work well. When called, they cancelled the call after a while. They only seemed to stop for us when someone needed to get out. The room was quite warm and the thermostat didn't seem to have an effect.

The hotel felt very well updated - almost new! The rooms were a good size and quiet. Parking under the hotel was great.

Location, very good breakfast, if you pass up room service you receive free drinks from the hotel bar, complementary water and nespresso was thoughtful. The upgraded room was very spacious
