Everything was fine.

The room was comfortable and clean. When we checked in, we realized after a few hours the fridge was not working. The staff was very efficient in resolving the issue and moving us to another room.

The room with a large single bed has a very large blanket that is hard to lift and just not comfortable. Two separate blankets would have been better. Also about TV .. few entertainment channels .. only news or sports .. there was nothing to watch

The hotel is located near the central train station which is very convenient. Near within walking distance of the city center with attractions, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very convenient and fast check-in. The room is clean and the air conditioning works which is very important in summer. The hotel has a wellness and sauna.

Room was empty but charged for 3.5hours early check in = 35euro. Never heard of this policy before ? It's to note we also left 4 hours before check out. Won't use this brand again, stayed at other hotels in Germany and this wasn't the policy.

Although it’s convenient to be opposite and along the road from the station, it’s not such a nice area. It doesn’t, however, take long to walk into the old traditional part of town.

although this is a large capacity hotel, it was extremely quiet and ran smoothly, despite conference guests increasing the numbers of visitors. It is very close to Nuremberg train station.

This was our second stay at this NH Collection so when we knew we were visiting again, NH Collection was our #1 choice and luckily we could all stay there. Everything was very good, food, location, rooms, & staff. Really appreciate the amenities in the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet had a lot of very good options - no one goes away hungry and the presentation is lovely. The location is just superb - very close to old town, the market, shopping and people watching.

Breakfast was good; plenty of variety. No problem with the room apart from the safe being located almost on the floor so you had to virtually lie on the floor to access it! Location of the hotel was pretty good, just a few minutes walk from the main station. Staff were most pleasant and helpful.

The bar opening times wasn't always clear, but not a real issue, just the only thing I can write in here. Everything else was good.

Perfect hotel for going to Rock im Park. Great staff and the fact they had printed copies of the festival site map was a nice touch - as was the fact they all had their band t.shirts on during the festival duration. Near the old town and train station so the hotel is perfect for exploring from. Room was a good size, bed was giant, and the drinks voucher offer in place of room cleaning is a nice green initiative.

I asked for 2 rooms close to each other and this was not observed. I had one room on the 3rd floor and another one in the 4th floor. The room on the 4th floor (Number 412) had issues with a leakage in the air conditioning, dripping water from the ceiling. I asked for changing the room and then I was offered another room on the 3rd floor (Number 306). In the new room, the air conditioning was not working at all. Just the ventilation was available and the room was not comfortable due to the high temperature.

The hotel has a great location 5 min walk from the Nuremberg main train station. You can walk to the city center in 15 min. The staff was very friendly in general. The room size was good for 2 people and the sound insulation was very efficient. The breakfast was very tasty. My wife has an allergy to milk and she was able to eat breakfast due to the good variety of products without milk.

Location just outside old town but close to the main train and bus stations. Rooms are comfortable enough but no Wow factor. the staff was very friendly.

Two single beds instead of a double that posed a very real risk of one of vanishing between if a cuddle was attempted. It was noisy with the windows open. That's to be expected in a vibrant and bustling city such as Nuremberg, though. We didn't enjoy paying €18 for parking, but it's better than no parking at all.

The staff were lovely, and the hotel was easy to find with the bonus of underground parking (although driving up and down was a squeeze). The beds were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the drunk German guy who was propping himself against the elevators trying to engage me in conversation despite me clearly having no idea what he was saying. Oh, we appreciated the tasty sweets at reception. Just dont tell us if they contained gelatine. We dont want to know.

There is parking space (not free) so you may rent car and stay there. However the gate area is very narrow... it is quite a challenge to driver's skill if your car is not small.

Hotel is located in the city centre. There is an underground parking area for an additional cost of 12 euros per day. Room was clean and included everything you may need. Administrator at the check in desk was very patient and attentive.

Our room had a bit of an odd smell to it that we just couldn't get out no matter how much we had the window open. But that was the only negative for us.

The location was great, we loved the size of the room and the facilities. There was a sauna and a fitness room and some nice little extras. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

when we first entered, there was a heavy odor at the room. it wasn't properly ventilated. there were also some small stains at the pillow cover.

The hotel is placed close to the main station and the historic center, nevertheless the area is quiet. There is a convenient undergroud parking in the hotel. Staff very kind.

Customer service was top notch.

Due to the Industrialvstrike on the 27th everything was in chaos , the staff were under stress but everyone at the reception were thorough professionals and helped us in a big way , keep the good work., will recommend business associate and will book fir the future events .
