Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Loved this hotel! Bright, well located and great value for money. Oliver was very helpful at the reception desk, we really appreciated his service and personality. The room was huge, great views and lots of thoughtful extras like slippers, free glass bottled water every day. Sleep tea at night and chocolate on the last night. Towels were big and soft, bed was comfortable and shower lovely. Lounge was brilliant, small range but very tasty, the tarts were exceptional. More than enough to snack on from breakfast to dinner. Location was good, close to multiple public transport options. Would love to stay again. Thanks for the honeymoon dessert plate too.

A lovely breakfast selection! I could have sat there all morning eating it all! Lots of choice to cover everyone's needs. Really nice sized rooms with lots of little extra touches, the staff were lovely, the sky bar was an experience and you have a sweet pick n mix at the reception, what's not to love! Vibrant stay like the hotel!

PolandPlease inform clients they are not allowed to use sky bar when they wear sport style clothes- we felt ashamed when first time in my life I was not allowed to came to the bar. I was a little shocked ...and dissapointed but it should be said in check in, that not all guests will be served...I understand that tattoos and sporty trousers are not allowed- I wolud not go there and not felt ashamed.

Receptionists are really friendly. Especially at check-out we had Frank, he was very helpful. Before check-in we left a message of a small request, it got fulfilled as we arrived. Our junior suite was clean and had everything we needed.

GermanyThe hotel has actually parking place directly on the opposite side of the entrance, but the employee helped me checked in told me there's no hotel parking space, I need to park somewhere by myself. I was pretty upset when I checked out and see the other guest just check in or out with park ticket!
The hotel is pretty new and the location is really nice, is easy to reach shopping mall and park garage. The room is great, big and bright, my room was with view so can't complain about it.

United KingdomFirst time (one night short) stay and very impressed about the nhow Hotel. Room was spacious and very quiet. Bed, sheets very comfortable (enjoyed the sleep). Inroom Facilities and towels were modern and clean. Loved the artistic modern and very unique room design. Comfortable in-house parking was great addon. Breakfast had a good selection of full English and continental + great selection of loose tea's and fruits. Check-in and check-out was very smooth, staff was friendly especially Saghar (front desk) who deserves a medal for a good chat and representing ethos of the hotel. In summary, if you are looking for a place to stay and cant decide you should definitely try this modern lifestyle and luxury gem. I will definitely come back to nhow on my next trip to Frankfurt as I want to try the skybar and gym/Spa facilities and many other features. Thank you for great stay!

United KingdomI stayed on a Tuesday night and the only negative I have was that there appeared to be contractors working outside on the street below in the early hours of the morning, which even with the windows closed the noise was quite loud.
The location is excellent for the Messe, excellent views from the sky bar too. Comfortable bed and clean room, great shower.
