Two small items open to imprvement: The cushions are not the finest. And in the breakfast area, the coffee machine produces excellent coffee. But if too crowded during breakfast, the machine is too slow, you need either two or another machine.

The location is perfect, almost all major interesting spots you like to visit are within walking distance. The small Nikolai neighbourhood is very charming, quiet and planty of bars and restaurants. On top the hotel has everything you need, good beds, perfect berakfast, nice staff. And it is clea it has been fully restored quite recently, spotless clean, everything is functioning perfect. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Well situated for the central Berlin attractions. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room was very clean and comfortable with a very 'new' feel. Large en-suite toilet and shower room which again was spotless - in fact the whole hotel was spotless. Breakfast was good and well stocked each morning. Very easy electronic door entry with high quality doors.

It's is not mentioned on booking.com that both the bar and restaurant are closed at 4pm one of the main reasons we chose the hotel was for the onsite restaurant and bar was a disappointed as we had bookbit for our daughters 21st birthday

That is my third stay in that hotel: as always, exceptionally clean room and great location, right in the city center, close to public transport.

Very strong air freshener in room was a bit unpleasant. Beds perfectly functional but not overly luxurious. Still well worth it.

Spacious room, FANTASTIC shower, excellent location, very helpful staff. Breakfast a bit pricy but great variety and quality. Could not beat convenience of this hotel, and still such a reasonable price.

The hotel was quiet, we were on the ground floor near the breakfast room, our rooms were next door, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was perfect, good restaurants in walking distance, as were lots of the sightseeing places. At the same time the area was very peaceful. Our late check in was also managed very well.

We are very pleased that we chose this wonderful hotel for our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Berlin, with a nice and peaceful area offering authentic restaurants and bars. Frank at the reception, along with the rest of the staff, was fantastic and very helpful. The hotel is very close to the subway and Alexanderplatz. The breakfast was also perfect and of high quality.
