The only thing I would knock on the hotel was in the breakfast service. When you sit down for service and walk through the buffet line, you are typically approached by the servers for a plate option made directly in the kitchen, which is included. On the second day specifically I was essentially ignored while others were served. It wasn't until I asked for a refill of coffee (which had been empty for some time) that I was able to order. Once ordered, it was excellent. This might be because of the language barrier.

The location was perfect for access to outr corporate site which is less than a mile away. I had rented a car and had adjacent garage parking which was very much appreciated. In the future I will use taxis and mass transit when I stay. I will ocntinue to use this space when in Hamburg for client events at our space. The hotel is adjacent to some great restaurants and bars, some of which I enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was good.

The Hotel is far from city center. It takes 40 minutes to the Hamburg Central Station if you walk. Also the carpark is very small, but this is just a little thing.

We got a free upgrade which was amazing! This included free minibar, which was filled with drinks. Everything was very good and we really enjoyed the fresh breakfast. The lady at the breakfast was so kind. You can get fresh eggs and waffles on top of the breakfast buffet. Nice, quite an dcozy neighborhood.

Additionally, the facilities in the room were good, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall It was a clean, cozy, and convenient accommodation experience.

Smooth (partial online) check in process. Very friendly staff! I received a free room upgrade which was a very nice surprise. I have stayed before, also in the regular rooms. The rooms are very comfortable. Location is very well and close to public transportation.

Friendly staff, comfy, clean, modern room with excellent en suite shower. Bed was very comfy. It was really special to find on our bed a little gift bag for Christmas. Thank you! The location was great, with an Edeka Up the road, and a bus stop opposite with regular buses into the centre. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as it was cheaper at the little cafe/bakery on the corner. Would definitely stay again.

It was a really nice hotel, they treated us really well. Small details like giving us an umbrella because it was raining, the small coffee machine in the room and things like that made our trip amazing. The location is really suitable, nice place and easy to travel by public transport. Thank you!

Great! The location was great, check-out at 12!! You never see that in Hamburg so that was a plus. They also let us check in 2 hours earlier. Overall, it was an amazing experience :) I would definitely recommend it! also, the price was quite fair for what you get.

- the door on the elevator is too heavy to handle. the stairs to the entrance are not handicap/stroller accessible which is very weird nowadays and will make it very hard for you if you have a baby on the stroller( I have seen people commenting the same thing, and I was hoping the hotel management would do something about it). The room is kind of dark even with all the lights on. The bathroom is small too. For these reasons, the prices of the room seems to be very high.
