There was no tea/coffee making facilities. It would have been good to have a little more space in the room with a family of 4. The location was a bit further out from the main city than we expected so meant further travel in (30 min walk in)

The room was clean and looked good. The staff were friendly and helped when needed. The breakfast selection was great.

The rooms were small & warm for 4 (2 adults 2 kids). There was no electric car charger. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids would cost 80€: that is too much for this level of hotel.

Not the best value: the rooms are rather small, poor minibar selection and no usual bonuses, the price is rather high though. The staff mixed up the rooms. They were not helpful with adjusting the price given that we had to travel as a smaller group, however they didn't provide the proper number of towels and didn't make the second bed without a special request. The 'designer' approach with metal wardrobes is not ideal: rather clangy, noisy, and children disliked the hinges. Not enough places to store clothes. Walking to the city center is a nuisance. It's rather far and you should walk along the noisy and dirty motorways.

The location is rather nice. The embankment walk to the S-bahn station is not too long and rather pleasant. Not so much walking directly to the center (see the dislikes section). The premises are clean, the beds are comfy. The lobby bar is cozy.

Shower was strong but didn't point the right way so had to hold nozzle which is annoying when washing hair. Quite a way from city so a bus/taxi ride necessary.

Room big and spacious. Bathroom and shower were very nice. Decor in reception was lovely. Breakfast each day was really good. About a 20 minute walk to the city centre. You are just enough outside of the city centre for it to be quiet but close enough to walk each day. I always enjoy any Mecure I go to around the world.

The small room is ok for a short stay only (2 kids, 2 adults). Only water in the mini bar (for extra charge), only shampoo and body wash (no hair conditioner and body lotion as we seen in other Mercure hotel). Pretty expensive parking

My bed was squeaking. Breakfast area was very crowded and had to wait until a spot was freed up, and (older) people coming after me was rushing for the same freed spaces as well.

The room was excellent, comfy, had enough room in both spaces. Breakfast was tasty and excellent. Location is perfect, it's 5 mins away from my business. Staff was helpful and friendly

Location was really good, easy access to public transportation (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus) which takes you in a few minutes to all attractions in the city!

I stayed with family for 10 days.. Had the same breakfast for 10 days Only 1 restaurant for dinner, no change of menu nor variations allowed.

Centrally located to major attractions. Has a Sauna,Minibar,In room safe and housekeeping every alternate day. Restaurant staff Rey and Mo gave exceptional service and attention to detail no matter how busy the restaurant was.
