Quiet and good location. The tram line in front of the hotel is under renovation. You have to use trains (walking 3-5 mins). During our stay, a picture on the wall fell done. Fortunately, it did not hit my head. But the cloth in my luggage was broken(pics below). They gave us free breakfast one day and upgraded our room (on our return from Austria). If there was no problems with the wall picture and trams, I would give them 10.

The curtains didn’t close completely and we like completely dark rooms.

Super good service and the shampoo is amazing. Room is clean and sound proof. The hotel is only around 5 min from the next train station away.

The lady working at the hotel bar in the evening during our stay was unfriendly, and her gestures showed a lack of willingness to serve the customer. This was not a good representation of the hotel.

I recommend the hotel. Good location for exploring the city. Close distance to the train, which goes to the city center. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The room was well-equipped, modern, and comfortable. City parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel also has a private garage for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. Very good and varied breakfast.

Most of the ladies at the reception spoke sub-standard German. I was never sure they completely understood what I was saying.

The hotel is well located 5/10 minutes by train from the station and the old town. However, there is almost nothing around the hotel. No other restaurants, cafes, parks. We had to eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food was nothing more than acceptable.

The hotel was a nice place to spend a few days visiting München with small kids. We appreciated the playing are at the restaurant, may be some more toys or modern stuff would make it even better . Breakfast buffet was very nice

I needed to wait 27 days for my credit card deposit refund. They blame the bank, but I've never had to wait so long to get a deposit back from a hotel. It's shouldn't be that hard.

Amazing place, Great location and a friendly staff. We here for 2 nights and it was really very comfortable stay. We got a complimentary upgrade at the time of checkin, wherein the bar items were made free for us in the room. It was nothing great yet a pleasant surprise ! Thanks to the team for the warm gesture. Services were prompt and staff was kind even though the hotel was pretty busy.

felt like I was blackmailed at 1 pm to get access to the room. it was a case of signing up for their loyalty program or paying 35 euros to have a check in before 3 pm. Thankfully there is a lovely beer garden 100m away so i waited until 3pm - but for the sake of 90 mins - it made me unhappy

Since it seems like a business area, there is not much to do in the evenings and no restaurants open except for the hotel restaurant which was good.

We had the family room which was quiet nice and comfortable. The stuff were nice especially at the restaurant and breakfast was good and had a wide choice. The best thing is that it's 3mins walk from the train station which is quiet convenient.

We would have preferred the sauna to be open in the morning so that we could use the sauna after the gym, but we still managed to find the time to use it!

We had an exceptional stay at Novotel. Me and my partner were celebrating an anniversary and the staff took those extra steps to make our stay very memorable! They were kind enough to give us complimentary minibar and even left a message in the room, which really did make our holiday so special.

Cosy. Quiet area. Gym is amazing! Only a 20 minute walk from HBF with plenty of restaurants nearby.
