Was quite noisy at night, to much flow of people i guess thats the downside of staying next to the main station

The room i stayed was quite big and stylish. When we arrived we got a glass of prosecco while waiting in the lobby to be checked in. The workers were very nice and helpful. I loved the sauna in the last floor, quiet and relaxing.

Hotel has a parking co-operation with Bahnhof parking / opposite. This was not informed in the booking site. Would be nice to inform this during reservation. Reception was not the most friendly one.

during our check in we either had to guarantee the room by credit card at a higher amount than we booked. If we didn’t want to comply we had to pay upfront. The lady who helped us was not flexible and was just repeating her message to us over and over again. As we checked in late in the evening we decided to pay the room upfront as I didn't want to guarantee for a higher amount then we booked.

The hotel was very nice, good breakfast buffet, clean and comfortable rooms. Parking in the garage across the street. The hotel has a deal with this parking garage. At checkout they ca help you with that.

The hotel does not have its own parking and unloading or loading your luggage at arrival or departure might be tricky. The city parking house across the street is not the cleanest one can find. I recommend anyone using Engelenschanze park house instead.

Friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good central location. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are in excellent condition and with all necessary toiletries. The elevators are quite and very efficient.

The light is too dull .... even I turn all lights in the room on I still feel it's too dull.

Location is good. The main train station is just right next to the hotel. And there is a supermarket nearby with only 2 minutes walk. You can also go to the city centre by walk as well. Staff is helpful. I was asking for an adapter. They were trying their best to find me one (though the adapter doesnt fit to the socket as there is a round frame there which makes the adapter cannot fit into it)

The darkness of the lobby part of the room and the colour of the carpets.

The room had plenty of storage so that you could unpack your suitcase. The small fridge was useful for keeping drinking water cool.

Quality of meals at dinner could be better, Need to cross the road to park the car, Careful: Between 12am and 6am is the car park closed.

great location, looked quite new, parking deal with the parking lot across was great. quite. staff we quite considerate as we ask for a double bed so he groom his time to find us a room with a double bed and could sleep with the window open and not be disturbed by the traffic

nothing bad about the place, that we liked. unfortunately we had an issue to solve before the arrival, and we never had an answer to our messages, and when we phoned the answer we’ve got has turned to be false, and because of that we had to pay an overprice even if the mistake was theirs
