My room wasn't spotlessly clean (but I can't say it was dirty either), although I paid for the late check-out until 1 pm, the cleaning service appeared before 12 am. I just wonder what would have happened (with my belongings) if I hadn't been in the room at that time

Very good location, with a convenient access to the public transport, my room was well equipped (especially kitchen), electronic access to the property and to the room as well as the staff-less service with the communication trough emails and WhatsApp messages worked well, very good price-value balance

Housekeeping came into the room, without even knocking, 1 hour before our check out time. I was getting dressed after a shower, and this wasn't a nice surprise. Lighting was insufficient and for some reason, there was only ONE night table

breakfast must be booked in advance. However, the restaurant does not have an interface to see what to prepare. In the morning, you have to wait up to 35 minutes because the person is alone and it's crowded.

I spent 7 days in the hotel and no one entered my room for cleaning or taking the trash

The bed size was a bit small (2 small singles) for my taste but comfortable! The water from the shower leaked into the entire bathroom floor. I made the staff aware and they came by right away!

The room were all new and nicely designed! Comfortable room, wifi worked perfectly, Bed linens were nice, drinking water in the room, high sealings I had a business room in building in the back it was quite. Overall very good experience.

it was unclear if it included breakfast. I think it did and I seem to have paid for it but I didn’t eat it. the price difference of breakfast on its website guest logins. they use AI via WhatsApp, I did eventually get to chat with a real person (about a different issue, not breakfast)

close to where I need to be. it’s an apartment and has a kitchen, nespresso machine. I got a corner room, which was bigger than my colleagues.
