No complains. It is not close to the centre on foot (what I did)., but there is a metro very closeby

It is an oasis of peace in a neighborhood that seemed under construction. Loved hearing the (noisy) ducks in the water through the window. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast excellent, delightful modern vibe, cool drinks/fruit at front desk always. Fast elevators. Construction on the street made some difficulty driving to the hotel. No parking. One space given at a small lot next door most appreciated. Very near the rail station, and other public transportation. Friendly, easy-going staff happy to help!

Rate for the room was rather high, I thought, for what it was, but it was the weekend of the Hamburg marathon, hence prices probably high across all hotels. Breakfast at 21 Euro also not really a bargain

Located in a part of the city that sees many new hotels and offices; not too exciting but only 1 stop with the S-Bahn to Central Station. Rooms functional, coffee maker and good shower were a plus

breakfast is really bad. feels almost like english breakfast only and with limited options to choose from in terms of vegetables, eggs etc. really bad coffe.

Really nothing to complain I, just maybe better pillow selection

Hotel is at excellent location, just few minutes walk from nearest S3 Bahn Station or bus 112, which takes you fast to the almost all points of interest in Hamburg. It is obvious that the hotel is new, very comfy rooms and trendy Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, lot of different foods and choices, and especially fresh omelett prepared in front of you. I liked the most in lobby of the hotel fruit and water for everyday refreshments.

The Cleaning of the room was late afternoon around 3pm

A new hotel and we liked the atmosphere we have that luxury feeling and great lounge breakfast dining area with mutch to choose and we really like the stay

Everything was good except cleaning staff entered when the do not disturb sign was on. We were leaving anyway as we had to catch an early flight so wasnt a big deal.

This property was very stylish and modern. Everything worked perfectly and staff were really fantastic. Would highly recommend here.

The only thing we were unhappy about was the bed in our room. We wanted it to be a double bed, but two single beds were combined. It was a little uncomfortable because it separated from the joint from time to time. Of course this is not a very important issue. Other than that everything was very nice.

The room was very well equipped. Everything was thought of, including a coffee machine. The location of the hotel was very close to the rail line. We had easy transportation at all hours. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was great, I think for a longer period its also great but especially for a short stay in Hamburg you can't go wrong here. Location was very nice, as it was a 2 minute walk to the metro station and 5 minutes with the metro you were in the centre of the city. Room was clean, big enough for me and my girlfriend and also it was quiet. Moreover, the ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful as we forgot to print our tickets for Hamburger SV and they printed them for us.

Maybe the location a little far from the center. But again : with the metro station around the corner , you are 15 minutes away from everything.

Very clean and stylish. The room iPad allows you to have everything within your grip; you can message directly the reception if you want a late checkout for instance. The bar and the restaurant are also quite good. You have a S-Bahn station just around the corner.
