The apartment didn't had a washing-machine for clothes. It was in unit but still maybe not peak comfort.

Was okay priced and the location was quite central. The apartment had inbuilt stove and dishwasher so it was possible to cook your own meals.

I didn't find it a problem but the stairs up to the mezzanine with the bed are quite steep, maybe not friendly to older folks, but I had no problems (the photographs are accurate).

This is a novel style of accommodation, maybe not suiting all tastes but I was very impressed. The self-contained apartment had everything I needed, everything was new and of high quality in good condition. For the price it was really excellent value for money. The location is perfect, a short walk (1 minute !) from Bahnhof Altona. I also really liked the fact that there wasn't a dealing cleaning schedule by default.

Really great apartment hotel, I felt very comfortable. Everything has been renovated. Apartment had everything you need. Bathroom really nice. Was able to sleep very well there. Can only recommend it. Also close to Altona train station. And right next to Ottensen, great district!

when ever I am in Hamburg I stay in this hotel.This time the level of cleanness was less in the room. I checked in around 8 pm and found the bed sheets were not very clean and the floor was not cleaned properly then next day I asked them to change the have informed me they can not as the cleaning is weekly. I am asking the hotel management to look at this point and as this hotel really deserve to continue with high rate.

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is very well trained and professionals.

Alternating steps leading up to the loft for the bed are a little awkward, especially if you get up in the middle of the night. Not for folks that don't handle up and down stairs well.

Room was very clean and well furnished with a lot of hidden storage and the staff were wonderful. Good location close to train station and can walk to the waterfront. Tons of restaurants and cafes very close.

The cubby house bed was great. On hot nights you may need more then a fan!

It was so close to the train station which made it very convenient to the sights. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment and eating in. But just around the corner there is a mall that you can stroll for food. The staff were very friendly and when you stay here go for a walk around the area. It is very pretty!

A bit noisy at night if you leave the windows open. Room cleaning is not provided for even long stays.

Great apartment for two. There is everything you need, a small kitchen, a sleeping place is equipped on the upper level of the apartment, the lower part is a hall and a kitchen. The staff is friendly. Beautiful patio overlooking the city on the roof of the hotel. Nearby there is a park, a museum and a transport interchange.

The only thing I can really say that I disliked, and I’m sure I can join an orderly queue here, were the stairs leading up to and down from the sleeping area. They are part of the very modern design and it would be difficult to change them as they are integrated, but if you’re a little clumsy, or are not very stable on your feet, the stairs will feel a little like a trip hazard. But otherwise the sleeping area feels quite cozy.

The apartments are in an excellent location, just a quick walk from and to the train and bus station as well as a big shopping mall with various food stalls and other food and retail shopping facilities. You can also quite easily walk to the river Elbe and the beach to Blankenese, through a lovely wooded area and within about 30 minutes. The Appartement was clean and modern with matching furniture and wifi and good TV options, as well as a great kitchen, with even a dishwasher.
