We had a small apartment and was ok in size, with a small kitchen. The bed was fine and the sheets too. Employees were nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the neighbourhood was pleasant too.

I managed to get to the room only at 17:00. Although the check-in was from 13:00. On arrival, it turned out that the room was not ready yet. They asked me to wait.

Limited space for computer etc. Parking was difficult because of a narrow steep ramp to the parking lot.

Great location close to shopping, dining and public transit. Good restaurant in the building.

Lack of cleanliness in some places like in kitchen cabinets or inside the sofa where we wanted to put sofa pillows. No trash bin in the kitchen, also the kitchen needs some basic utensils. Had problems to turn on the shower normally and got cold water from big shower head above pouring all over me.

- light management was overcomplicated, we would more like standard switch at the entrance and maybe additional switch near the bed, that this electronical controll panel which was not intuitive and was glaring for the w hole night - no sockets near the bed for charging the devices - table was very small - bathroom was bit dirty, and the drain was clogged which caused flood during shower

- the bed was very comfortable - room was generally clean - staff was nice and helpfull - easy check in - easy check out

The initial way to the apartment is through the restaurant employee corridors and an old staircase, trash outside the apartment window, shower needs fixing (only very hot water) or I didn't figure it out properly

Apartment was nicely renovated in a 70s building, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good proximity to shops and groceries, ok views and fresh air. Good location to stay a few days. Steak restaurant below looked nice, but I didn't try it

The room was very small, there was no fridge or kettle. It was a very noisy room as close to the street. There is no reception, had to find someone from restaurant to assist. In the morning, when you left the building you could not get back in without a key. There was free parking on the rooftop, but no easy access to the hotel from the parking area.

The on-site restaurant was very good value and good food.

The parking because you risk to crash the car, the schedule, the bar is not open in the morning, there is no smoking place, the distance to the center of the city 25 km, not 12.5 km like it was showing on booking, and since the traffic is heavy you end up to spend 40 minutes to the center of the city.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, but that wasn't too big an issue.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. The food was quite good, it was also nice that it seemingly came included in the price of my stay so I didn't need to pay. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

I arrived at 9am and the property was locked until 11/12. I contacted the property and they said no one will come until 12. I don’t know how a hotel operates this way. They can at least communicate to their guests that if they arrive before 12pm there is no access to the property. Traveling overnight from another country to land and experience this was not good. Also, there’s no AC in the rooms and everything around closes at 9pm. The property is completely dark at night and the entrance is a back door in a driveway near the dumpsters.

The apartments are awkward to reach, there is tenants' rubbish in the hallway. There is a heavy smell of sweet incense in the room, you can hardly breathe despite the ventilation. The furniture is worn out, the bathroom door can hardly be opened or closed. If you turn over in bed, you trigger the light sensor of the bathroom. There is mould in the shower. There is not even a tea bag or anything in the kitchenette. Only a large bottle of dishwashing liquid.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cosy restaurant with nice food and amazing desserts.

No breakfast at the hotel but plenty of bakeries for a breakfast in the nearby shopping centre. Alex the manager was fantastic and extremely helpful.
