Enormous Bang in morning

Was able to book in late Zug hatte verspätung.all streets sign posted can wslk to city centre with in minutes can catch bus to Memmingen its €4:50 one way takes while theres chemist lovely lady helped me find some things gave me trial pack.fresh air keys are on wall to left as you come in if you given a code labelled.there are maps around town too.icant say much about staff i didnt see them i booked in emergency.fridge no iron.i preger doors here in germany rock solid.curtains blocked out light enough .my light at bedside didnt work though but i wasnt there long enough just get couple hours sleep its €35euro for taxi j was charged.

Wi-Fi did not work very well when everyone was in in the evening. It’s a smart TV and so I was using Disney+ however, the connection would lapse and I wouldn’t be able to watch the rest of the programme. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Modern sophisticated access with codes since there is no personnel. We book an hour before our arrival and did not receive the entrance codes when we found ourselves at closed door. Calling the number did not help - it was german robot bla-bla-bla. Finally another guest let us in and helped to go through german telephone robot bla-bla-bla to a live englsih speaking person (it took at least 4 minutes to get to talk to person) and the codes were sent as well.

Location is in a small town, few minutes from the main church.

the Wi-Fi was too bad, could not to connect to it. it wasn’t easy to find your room without symbols as only the self check in was available

No lift/elevator so be prepared to haul suitcases up steps - upper rooms do have the best views!

Children beds was not very comfortable, air conditioning is required because when the windows are opened you can hear the church bells and the street.

Good place, close to restaurants and city center. Free parking place, very good breakfast, quick instructions from the owners, very comfortable main bed.

Nice place not far away from Memmingen airport with own parking lot. Cosy clean room with huge terrace. Late self check-in is a huge plus. Breakfast was great as well (everything was fresh, coffee was delicious)!

I expected something warm for the breakfast. I mean it could be simple, but just something cooked and warm. I aslo think that a white cube of soap could be changed. It was really drying my skin (and my skin is not sensitive at all).

The price was definitely a really good comparing to other places. The person in "online reception" (Daniel) was friendly, answered my questions really fast, arranged everything needed, and let me in also fast. The woman who was at the reception the next day (I believe her name was Neelam) was just so very nice!! She was willing to help, answered all my questions, helped me with a schedule for the buses. She was smiling, helpful and generally very pleasant to talk to. I never met a person so nice at any place I stayed before.

There was an annoying noise coming from the ventilation system and the refrigerator. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was bad.

Excellent breakfast. bed was comfortable and The Room was very clean and cozy.

Three times "automatic" door lock was blocked, once i can not get out!! Unregularry cleaning (maybe twice on month). Not checking room after previuos guests and taking everybody (i found dragi full of hair) Once cleaner came in rom (8 square meters) and did not look at all, and imeddiately disturbing me with "question" Where is extension cable? And it was in that small room, in second of three sockets.. Silly, not for any recomendation

The pin pad at the front door functioned very poorly. We had difficulty getting in the first 3 times, and the last time couldn't get in at all and had to call staff to be let in.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

at first it was a used room(dirty), then they changed to a tidy room, then the host told that i can take a beverage from the fridge that is on you, but the fridge was empty, then there were no internet in room 21 here some photos from the first room i went (nr1)

I would have liked a bedside light and the tap in the bathroom didn't run as quickly as I would have liked. Larger bowls at breakfast would have been good. I needed 3 for my cereal.

Breakfast was just what I wanted. Entry code by WhatsApp is an excellent idea. Much easier than looking through emails.

The suite we stayed at (#15) is located the way one room window is in a strong west direction. As a result it was absolutely impossible to stay at the room at the PM time (we arrived 15:00) and until an evening (around 21:00). There is no air conditioning in the suite and when asked owners for at least a fan, they told there is no one. At least having a fan (so cheap!) would be a great improvement

The suite we stayed at is big enough (2 separate rooms, 1 bathroom). Beds are comfortable, 2 small fridgiders in suite
