The corridor smelled like cigarets and smoke… instead od a double bed they gave us 2 singles when I asked him he asked me to move beds together myself!! Tv doesn’t work. Wardrobe broken. No shower curtain and water was in the floor all the time …

- room very dusty. Probably because of old carpet+ old curtains combination - bathroom was not very clean (old and nasty shower curtains + sink of the bath was almost blocked)

- staff was very nice - Breakfast - comfy beds and room size - many restaurants nearby

Very simple breakfast. Super bad test of coffee. Very very very poor wifi speed. I could not hire parking spot in garage per hour. I had to rent it for minimum 24 h for 12 euro... Very very hard to find empty parking spot on the street around the hotel. The elevator was very busy and slow.

Very nice personal. A lot of shops around the Hotel. Quite in our floor.

place is a little run down and there is some confusion with the luxury Panorama Hotel across the street, BUT that said the Inn is a great place for a few nights

The selection at breakfast was weaker. We missed sausages and orange juice. Especially in the morning, waiting for the elevator took quite a long time. That's why I wanted to use the stairs on the first day, but when I opened the door to the staircase, I was enveloped by such a smell and heat that I thought better of it.

We were satisfied with the room. It matched the pictures, it was clean, the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated that the hotel is right next to the bus stop. Coffee and apple juice were good.

Equipment in the bathroom needs repair

Helpful staff. Good localisation - hotel is near to an U-Bahn station and shopping center. Not modern, but clean room. Perfect choice for one/two nights maximum. Very basic breakfast, however it met my expectation especially for this price

There's no option to order food from the hotel, but at least you can order from anywhere else and the food is still delivered to your room so it is ok, but food in the hotel would be more practical

The breakfast is really good for the price, it is even better than other more expensive places which it is something that really surprised me!

Co-joined, NOT detached double beds for a couple. The long wait for the lift to and from the 10th floor during “rush hours” (breakfast time)

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, easy check in and check out, breakfast—plenty to eat for a full stomach but nothing extraordinary.

No hot meals for the breakfast (only hard boiled eggs).

Location is good, 500 m. to U-Bahn, there's also an express bus that stops by the hotel every 30 mins and goes to the railway station. There is no air condition in the rooms so it might be hot on a warm days. Beds are good, room size is also good.

I did not like the breakfast. Perhaps it is the german standard, but I found it quite mediocre. In most countries, someone would come to your table and offer coffee ot tea. In this case, it took me ages to figure out there was a bottle of instant coffee hiden next to the tea bags in the corner. And what about hot water? It seems like there were some kettles next to the window, and you could just grab one. How does that work? Never seen it before... Bread was a bit average too. Suggest you change supplier. There are so many good bakeries in german. Why settle for the worst? Juices tasted very artificial as well, nothing that resembles orange juice. Also, there was no air con in the room, which is not good in a hot day.

Rooms were bigger than I was expecting (kitchen, living area / study). It was in a good state of cleaning. Check in and check out were quick and efficient.

Neighbourhood; quite a lot of planes and traffic, so sleeping with open window difficult
