Modern interior. Clean room with full facilities (fitness, sauna, Breakfast, etc.). Complimentary fruits and water at the reception. Excellent location next to train station.

Nothing to dislike....everything from location, cleaniness and mainly the staff were awesome.

The hotel is ideally located near the station and old town, with easy walking access to all the main attractions and restauraunts. A special shout out to the front office girl called "Tara" who changed our room to a better one where the windows could be opened, she was very friendly and helped us a lot. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Although we did not visit the gym and sauna facilities, there were open to be used.

Staff don't greet you when you walk in. It was freezing at the end of April and the heating had been turned off for the year, the hotel wasn't willing to switch it over to the heating function.

Great location! It's across the road from the main train station, the trams stop outside the hotel and it's on the edge of the main street. The gym is excellent, very modern equipment.

The sleeping arrangements were inadequate to say the least. My kids and I were on a short trip. My kids slept on the queen size bed and I slept on the sofa bed, which was torture to say the least. This thing was beyond uncomfortable in every way possible.

The rooms are a bit on the small side. The room rates were somewhat above the usual for this type of hotel in Nuremberg

Parking is at the train station and is payable. This is written clearly on the booking page. Room is probably too small if the kids were bigger or teenagers.

We are a family of 4, so 2 adults and two children 7 and 2 years old. I'm not going to say anything about the price as everyone has it's own price range. What we liked: walking distance of the city centre, the train station is on the other side of the square. It is a busy square but we didn't fell like it was noisy. Breakfast was amazing, everyone is very nice and kind. The lady at the reception was exceptionally nice, Thank you Tara! We came on Easter Saturday and extra to the little pack for our children they gave them also some chocolate bunny when we left on Sunday which was a very nice touch and our children absolutely loved it. The last thing to mention is that the view from our room was lovely, again children were really happy.

Clean and new room, good selection of tea and coffee in room bar, water with fresh orange slides every day in reception area.

The breakfast could have been better. There were no pancakes available and the breakfast buffet area was quite small but the food quality was good.

The location was superb, directly opposite the main train station and at the start of the old town. The beds were very comfortable. The bar at night was lovely and the bar staff were very good.

I do wish they had a better bar. I can understand not having much of a kitchen in the evenings, but the bar next door is superior.

I have experience with over a dozen hotels in Nuremberg, and this is one of my two favorites. The staff is excellent, the location unbeatable, and the level of comfort and service has always been very high. The breakfast was fantastic, and the French lady watching over the room deserves special mention for her level of service.

Room size is a bit small for the standard room, unfortunately we couldn’t afford anything bigger.

This hotel is in an excellent location, literally just minutes from a lovely part of town. The very adorable little medieval town is just next door and old town is wonderful. Staff were exceptional and the bar downstairs was fantastic. Room was lovely, very clean and modern, albeit a bit small but we were only there one night so it didn’t really matter. I think if we were there for a few nights we’d need a bigger space. Highly recommend this hotel.
