Room was never tidied and we had to ask for towels to be delivered. … towels were delivered in the evening but used towels were not removed.

Great location with view of park, nice room and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Very nice breakfast and parking available.

I don't think there was anything inherently "bad" about the hotel. They can't control the weather, or loud people. There aren't screens, so leaving a balcony door or window open does risk mosquitos but the lack of AC means that ventilation at night deems that necessary to cool the room if it's hot (like it was while we were there.)

The rooms are a bit spartan, but you are paying for LOCATION! Right in the middle of town, steps from the train station and the lovely Kurpark. We were there for the Würstmarkt and the location was excellent, especially for the price. We didn't think to book the breakfast but were able to add it on arrival - it is extensive and probably cheaper to purchase in advance. We also appreciated fans in the rooms, as they did get a bit stuffy and it was rather warm when we were there.

Really good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely location and nice restaurants near by with lovel town square. Town is surrounded by vineyards, very beautiful!

Room was very old & run down,small & not value for money at 135euro per night the quality is not up to standard. Breakfast room is renovated & was nice with good views-however never seen bacon served "boiled' & not fried so of course no guest ate it!

All of the staff were very friendly. Very clean, great housekeeping. Perfect location - the hotel is very close to the train station and right in the city center, but still very quiet.

The location, with private parking underground, is perfect for a visit to the Wurstmarkt.

Restaurant was busy and staff was not able to keep all of the food on the buffet, so guests had to wait for the staff to refill. Beds were hard.

Hotel was clean and staff were professional and friendly. Bar and pool areas were good. Conveniently located near the Bad Durkheim festival!

The rooms are not air-conditioned. Request a change from the front office after checking in. Fully booked for that day so had to wait till tomorrow.

Well, the hotel was fully booked and it seemed that this caused some waiting time at the reception and especially at breakfast. But all in all this didn't take anything away from the pleasant stay.

The hotel is very nice, my room was quite big for a single room and very comfortable. The location is perfect. I enjoyed the stay there with my friends. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Facilities were quite dated. Some parts of the sauna and pool area were literally falling apart. Most parts of the breakfast buffet were already finished when we arrived (1h before closing time). Because of Weinmarkt, our stay was very expensive.

Location is very central, good for Weinmarkt.
