A little far away from the downtown, there is a bus stop near the hotel but you have to check its schedule.

Very nice small elegant hotel. Staffs are very nice, the room is clean and even has a refrigerator. The restaurant downstairs is also good and has reasonable prices, as well as the breakfast.

Check in took a very long time as the desk was unattended when I arrived and I had to wait up to 15mins for someone to check me in. The restaurant staff were very apologetic and did give me a complementary drink while I waited.

Great location near just a 10min walk to the S-Bahn station with S2 train going directly into the centre of Munich. Room was nice and comfortable. Staff were generally very friendly and the restaurant was also good.

The staff that welcomed us in the reception the first day was not specially friendly. The bathroom can be more modern and the shower cleaner. (It had an old mould)

The hotel has an excellent breakfast. Located in a 50's style house, it maintains a very elegant vintage touch in its furniture and decoration. The staff in the bar and at breakfast was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Although it is not located in the center of the city it is very well connected with the bus and the S-Bahn. And one can easily reach the city center at any time.

Very nice hotel, my room was on ground floor with view on dustbins. But room was clean, bathroom dated but still good value for money. Restaurant looked very inviting but I did not eat there. 10min walk from S Bahn through very nice residential area.

The staff was very kind, the boy who checked us in welcomed us warmly. The food was very good, with many options and at a very reasonable price. The mother-daughter duo at breakfast were very kind, it was a pleasure to meet them. They were very nice to us. The room cleanliness was excellent. We liked everything, we will definitely come back!

During our stay, we interacted with three different staff members at the reception. The first, who assisted us with our late-night check-in, and the second, who we met next day morning and appeared to be a trainee and was quite pleasant. However, the experience with a third staff member, seemingly the mentor or supervisor to the trainee, was less than satisfactory. This individual's manner seemed to reflect a lack of proper hospitality training rather than intentional rudeness. For instance, his manner of inquiring about our room number after breakfast felt unnecessarily aggressive, almost as if he was suspicious of guests trying to avoid paying for breakfast—despite the hotel having all necessary credit card information on file. Similarly, his attitude during our check-out was far from the courteous farewell one would expect, diminishing the overall positive experience of our stay.

One of the highlights of this hotel is the availability of free street parking, making it an excellent choice for those traveling by car. Situated in a beautiful and upscale part of Munich, the area is quiet and peaceful, offering proximity to the Nymphenburg Palace, which is just a 5-minute drive away. The cleanliness of the room met our expectations. However, the standout feature was undoubtedly the breakfast. Served in a charming area with a delightful terrace, the breakfast may initially seem like a simple continental fare, but it impressively exceeds expectations in terms of quality. The selection includes some of the most delicious fruits, perfectly tasting coffee, and freshly made croissants that are truly delicious. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the staff responsible for the breakfast; the quality of the food was exceptional. It may not be an extensive buffet, but the quality of what is offered is remarkable. Additionally, the man and woman overseeing the breakfast service were incredibly welcoming and always in a good mood, providing the perfect start to the day.

The communication with staff is not easy if you don’t speak german.

Room was recently renovated and was very confortable. Although it is not in the city centre, it is in a beautiful residential area with great access and great transportation to the centre.

We didn't expect much cause we were looking for an overnight stay, on our way to Italy, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy area, surrounded by villas in a forested part. Everything is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. An excellent bonus is the free parking right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

There were some bugs in the room that probably got there after the window was open during the cleaning. The cover of the toilet bowl wasn't clean.

The room is good, big enough, the bed was comfortable. It was warm despite quite cold night. I had a late arrival after the reception opening hours and the personnel provided good instructions how to check in in that case. Nice view out of the window on the park is to be mentioned too.

The hotel is a bit far away to the S-bahn station, if you want to go into the city center. You have to pay 4.5 euro for a cup of tea or even hot water at the breakfast time, which we didn't know before we check out the room. Wish to have a more transparent information about price before we make the order.

staff was very friendly. They were very accommodating changing our room to the main floor. Also breakfast was great…they made us fresh scrambled eggs and for my husband they made them with just the egg whites! the coffee and tea was served just the way I was used to as a child growing up in Germany in the 1960’s.
