Everything was above our expectations. Frau Braun was an incredible host. Extremely helpful and nice. The complimentary beverages were refilled daily, great homemade cookies, lots of nice details as plenty of towels, bathrobes, apples, and a long etc

Was everything super. I would only suggest offering a bit more dicker/hard pillow: they were comfortable but for my personal choice a bit too soft. Overall everything was perfect.

It was all simple: reach the location, do the check-in, parking, enjoy and do the checkout. The apartment was really nice, clean and with everything necessary to enjoy the stay.

Everything was amazing!!!! It was so beautifully decorated! There were treats and wine all over the room! The owner was lovely to deal with! There was a full sauna in our room. The location is perfect to walk out your door into the beautiful old part of the city. We didn’t want to leave!!!

The apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Our room was the duplex suite with sauna and whirlpool. A large modern and clean apartment, located in the Old Town and easy to walk to the restaurants , sites and train station. Staff were extremely professional and helpful.The photos of the apartment are very accurate.

Wonderful location. Right on the Danube. Overlooks the river. Own entrance. Really spacious. Very stylish. Modern. Well designed. Stefanie was fantastic to deal with. Very helpful. Simply one of the best places I have stayed.

An included breakfast would have been nice.

It's a small 6 room hotel, with attention to detail in the room, wine Nespresso etc. all included. Staff replied to emails almost instantly and were available to help at all times.

Hard to locate. Poor signage.

Beautiful room with lots of treats scattered throughout like personal welcome notes, snacks and beverages. The freestanding bathtub was perfect for tired feet at the end of a long sightseeing day and the in-room sauna was a magnificent bonus.

Lovely property! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The suite was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The host took time to show us how to use every special feature and they had many. (we especially loved the sauna) I can’t say enough good things about this place! Loved it!

Nothing, it was perfection

The location is perfect. An easy walk to everything, cafes, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, museums and art galleries. It’s very quiet there as well, no traffic sounds or people walking by at night and we slept with windows wide open.

Excellent way to spend a few days in Passau. Ideal location. Apartment is modern, clean and tastefully decorated which makes for a pleasant stay. Staff is wonderful and very responsive. Quiet despite location on main road but you are next the the Danube so view is good. No breakfast but there are plenty of bakeries around the corner. Overall would highly recommend. A+

We loved everything.

We loved everything. It was an exceptional stay, large, elegant rooms, modern bathrooms, clean, fresh, tempting. Very smooth check in process. I have never been to a place like this, where every tiny detail is carefully and tastefully designed. Practical, smart and tasteful solutions. All the minibar drinks were included in the room price, what is also a nice gesture. Congratulation to the owners! We felt like home.

"Room rate" is a bit price (maybe due to the summer holidays period), but there are some items included in the price that makes at the end everything acceptable. There is no kitchenette, but one may have breakfast on a small balcony. No clear separation between sleeping and living area, but it did not bother us at all.

Very good position, on the Danube promenade and couple hundred meters to the Town Hall . Very cozy suite with a lot of "welcome details" spread all over. Owner very kind and helpfull, overseeing personally the whole business/activities. Espresso machine and a large drinks variety in the fridge upon arrival (free of charge)
