The bathroom was never cleaned during my 3-night stay and you need to pay 3-5 euro per day (!!!) for lockers, which are too small for luggage anyway and are not even in the room but on the ground floor, so you cannot have your stuff at hand. Two of the three people I found at the reception were not super friendly. You need to pay 4 euro for a tiny towel.

Good location, private bathroom. Part of the staff was very nice and friendly, but only one out of three of the people I talked to.

1. Lockers are missing in the room , so i had to bring my backpack all day long. You can use the locker at the lounge when u pay extra 2. Kitchen condition is not that good but understandable

the cleaning man doesn't knock before entering. secondly there is no wardrobe with lock in the room

Cleanliness is an issue. When I checked in, I noticed multiple stains on the shower doors, windows, toilet seat and a layer of dust under the bed. Amenities also leave much to be desired: the rooms are spacious and clearly could fit better storage shelves and lockers. But no, lockers are for money at the lobby. No towels (4 euro rent). Kitchen is located in a separate building, so one has to go outside to reach it. No utensils or water boiler. Had to ask from the reception for their electric teapot each time I needed to boil water, which they ask deposit for. Internet connection was virtually absent in the room, making it impossible to watch the videos or make any use of the smartphone.

Will be great to have at least the same count of chairs or stools in the room, as count of beds. As part of improvement will be good to have the towel hook in the bathroom.

There could be lockers in the rooms to leave valuables. The rooms could have an update & more ambient lighting. I didn't like that the check in was very late at 4pm.

Very good stay at Pegasus hostel. I slept very well. The rooms were warm. The location was good, close to public transport links. Staff were helpful & accommodating.

The WiFi signal was quite poor in the room, but in the reception or guest area, it was strong The distribution of the plugs (electricity) wasn't near all the beds, but if the room is not full of people, you will not find a problem.

A long stay of 13 days was so good. The room was clean and good. Location near to 2 stations. The reception was so nice and helpful. Also, the kitchen was helpful with good equipment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

light sewage smell - had to buy a cheap air freshner to diquise the smell, the shower doesn't have a floor barrier - as a result, the floor is prone to be wet/flooded and slippery. The doorlock sound when you close the door when leaving a room is abnormally loud - it can easily wake you up (earplugs can save the situation). However, for the price of less than 55 euros a night, it's a great place to stay. With a right price, I'd definately come back.

The bathroom was dorty and not cleaned during my 2-day stay. Nothing besides the beds was comfortable. All facilities were bare minimum. The wall was dirty, the heating had a leak and water was dropping into a bucket. Lockers for your luggage cost 3 to 4.50 Euro.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Positive was also the 24h reception. The location is very central.

There were bucks in the room and in the bed , all of my body was bitten by them terribly.

Shower is not separated from rest of the bathroom so it gets flooded, and shower needs some shower shelves or hooks for stuff.

Wonderful location, close to supermarkets and metro station, and close to station leading to airport. We had luggage room to leave our luggage on checkout date. Good breakfast with gluten free and lactose free options. Good cappuccino. Staff was very nice. We got shower gel and hand wash gel. Toilet paper was regularly changed.

Showers could have been built better not to get water everywhere in the toilet and it would have been good with electrical sockets next to more than only 1 bed.

The hostel is in a central location, they have clean and decent facilities. Very good value for money.

No curtain around the bed, upper bunk beds were further from power sockets.

Hostel was in a good place reachable by U-Bahn in the former eastern part of Berlin. Room was spacious, bathroom for the room was tidy.
