No elevator. My room was in the last floor and I had to carry my luggage whose weight was 10 KGs. The paid price doesn’t correspond with the provided facilities.

The location was good. The bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable.

It would be great if there was the holder for the shower head. One has to constantly hold it or put it down.

the location is very good and very easy to access when traveling from Hamburg's main station. the room is small but cozy and what I like about it is that it offers a sink. Check-in process was smooth and check out was easy as well. The bathroom is spacious and clean.

Staircase stank unpleasantly. 64 stairs to the top, haha. Saw no staff at all. Was not able to connect with phone calls. Parking dismal around location. All in all a good place though.

Liked that there was a late arrival key drop. Room was clean and pleasant. Location was surprisingly quiet. Shared facilities well maintained. Great value for low price with highly central location.

The smell when entering the building was rather.. let's say interesting. What I also found confusing was a missing elevator, as there are only rather narrow old stairs to get up to the rooms. I did not see a warning about that, but maybe I just missed it.

I liked how simple the check-in was and that i got my room ahead of time. That was really practical. Even though it was a really small building, it was really clean and cozy. The furniture was really nice and it kinda felt like being on a Tyrolean hut.

Quite noisy, I woke up several times by other guests entering or exiting. Shower in room not overly comfortable. Poor communication (repetitive mails, repetitive question that I had already answered). Room could be cold, no heating at night (for me OK, but some people will not like it).

Room very clean, cleaned every day. Toilet clean. Good location. OK price. Slept fine.

Close to the main train station, subway, and a shopping street. Clean and spacious room. Walking distance to the harbor area and composer's museum. It is a quiet neighborhood and has good heating.

The room was exceptionally clean. Common rooms (toilets, showers) were cleaned regularly and very clean as well. They do not advertise it strongly, but they have a clear sense of environmental responsability (soap etc.), which we appreciated! We liked the light wooden interior, it gave a cozy and warm feeling. All great! We will come again!

Guests need to be aware that there are many fairly steep stairs up to reception, and then still more up to the rooms. The reception has specific opening times, so you need to adapt to those for the check-in. No breakfast facilities and on a Sunday, not much open in the area, so you need to be prepared.

WIFI at 4th floor isn't so reachable the stairs, if you have a lot of luggage could be difficult

The stairs were steep and there was no lift. No refrigerator in the room. The street and sidewalk was being reconstructed during my stay which made walking a bit treacherous.

Convenient location that is close to central area attractions and public transportation. The room was clean and the maid cleaning service excellent. Friendly staff.

Very easy to find and central from links from the airport. Good value rate on a Saturday night. Beds very comfy and room warm

A minor issue, there wasn’t a holder for the shower rose which made it impossible to have a hand free shower.

The check-in lady was super friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom and toilet were very clean and spacious. Room was comfortable and soundproof. Also, location is closed to many attractions, shops and restaurants.
