No shower gel in the shower. I booked two nights in two different rooms. In both cases I had to use the hand soap into the shower. This is a really basic toiletry product. A soap dispenser inside the shower would be appreciated.

1. Winwods doesn't have curtains. So light is always coming into the room at midnight. 2. Location of the hotel is just beside the road. So it was always noisy and I couldn't get proper sleep

The room it’s ok but the matress was horrible, I could feel all the springs. It was very unconfortable I could bearly sleep.

The check-in system, but I would have liked to receive a email from the hotel informing that my booking was ok, a confirmation, and what to expect for the check-in.

I could not connect to Wifi at all. The signal is too weak in the room. No slippers in the room.

Shared rooms are really small. Bathroom and shower room is shared between four rooms. No toiletries available. Location is not so great. Not worth for the money you pay. I don't recommend.

Bed was good, bedsheets and Towels were clean.

I choose Pension Arkade mainly because of the announcement of a kitchen for preparing small meals. But there was no place to cook, only a microwave which had really limited our options. Beds weren’t good, you can feel the springs while sleeping and also can hear everything from the bedroom beside.

Cleaning was really good though and the staff very friendly.

Angry bedbugs! When I asked to change the room, it came out there were bedbugs in the new room also. Be careful if you have allergies for insects bites. That's the reason for the low mark. It happened that the first room's windows faced a busy street. Cars were going just some meters away. If the window is open it is noisy. Not too much at night, but still. Staff inside is very polite, and speaks only German. Be ready to practice gesture communication.

Quite good location, not far from the city centre. Low price (compared with other hotels nearby). Not too many rooms, just few people, very calm. Clean rooms, not really new, but normally maintened, not shabby.

there is no kitchen- whatever they show, you can’t cook any food there, no WiFi in the room, the WiFi is not accessible within room and it seems like they don’t care about providing proper facilities

No kitchen shelf as shown in pictures. Staircase area was stinky. No common kitchen area on the floor. Too dark. And no automatic lights if someone wants to use shared bathroom area. No dressing unit in the room. No noise insulation. Hence too noisy due to vehicles movement. That disturbed sleep. No big bed for family.

The room was clean and bedding was clean too.

I made reservation around 17:30. On booking there was timetable that you can check in until 00:30. After I booked a room I got a message that the reception is not working till that time but works until 21:00. I asked if I can check in after that time, they replied with a yes. I arrived at 23:15, everything was closed, but they have self check in machine. I tried to check in, but I got a message on display : "Your room is not ready. Please contact reception desk!" Well since nothing was open, I could contact noone. Nobody answered on the phone number,or messages I sent, so I got my "sleep" at my car. Thanks for that "wonderful" experience, it was great to sleep at cold November night in my car .The most awful thing is that they took my money, because I paid online, and they didn't answer my messages. Not even the next day to apologize.... But few days after I got a reply.... They send me a dot (.).... So if you arrive late be prepared to sleep in your car because machine probably want let you in.... Because guess what, your room is not ready!!!! Ps. I will be back, I hope to meet person that send me a dot....

EXTREME NOISE from the street and through thd walls. Shower was tiny&needs fixing. Door closed with difficulty.

The cleaning lady was lovely. Coffee from the community kitchen = delicious (but machine leaked).very cozy bedding.
