Room was comparatively small, and everything was automated but did not see any personnel which was unusual, but this may have been because it was a Saturday night / Sunday morning stay

No breakfast, did not see any personnel, but everything was well organized, and all the basics were covered. Location close to the centre of town, the station and a bus stop was good.

Only thing that comes to mind is that in summer with the windows opened, every morning is quite loud with the cars passing right down. But it did not bother us that much.

We had access to tea, to a fridge, that was very nice! The easy self-check-in was also practical. The room was cosy and comfy, and well located, it was perfect for a short stay in Greifswald :)

I suggest to switch off fridge if you don't use it - it turned suddenly noisy in the middle of the night and woke me up :-D

Great location regarding the university and city center. Breakfast not available in the accommodation but the university cafeteria is next door (50 meters). Walk to the Central railway station 10 minutes. Everything clean and comfortable. Excellent Internet connection.

The only thing that could have been a little better is the mattress, which is already a bit saggy in the middle.

My stay met my expectations for the price. The room was very small but it was all I needed, and the price was good and the location excellent. It was also very clean and the communication with the host very clear.

There was supposed to be WiFi, but the WiFi did not work in my room. When I emailed to inquire about this, they did nothing to help. I needed WiFi since I was on a work trip. There were also no staff members present at all.

The proprety, i could still see hair on the shower and also dust here n there. Although there was no smoking sign inside rooms but people were smoking at the hall and it was not pleasant. I also heared the noises of people coming at night which was not pleasant either. And i would have appreciated teh instructions left to be in english as well .

The apartment exceeded my expectations. I was traveling together with my other two colleagues and I really appreciated the possibility to stay in separate rooms. The apartments was clean, spacious, modern, just wonderful. The bed upstairs was a bit too soft for me, but it was no problem. I also appreciate the communication with the owners beforehand - there was a mistake in the booking (number of people) and they were super helpful changing the number of guests in the invoice. The location is great if you are visiting the University or want to stay near the centre. It's very much horses for courses. If you want simple, unfussy, value for money then this is the place.

The room is facing a street. This means you can hear the traffic and street noise. No storage room, no reception. You can hear people in other rooms very easily. Expensive for what it is. Internet was very bad.
